I am taking care of a person that is in the last stages of cancer and this location is very close. We were in need of almond milk and I knew that Braums had a small grocery area. I wasn’t sure what was in the store so I called to find out if they had almond milk ,a gentlemen answered and told me yes they do. I asked for the prices. He told me it’s called silk milk. I responded. I know what it’s called. I just would like to know the prices he then told me that it was in the middle of his dinner rush and that he would need to put other people on hold to check that for me then ask me is that what you would like to do. What a guilt trip! I said I just would like to know the price so I could purchase but if it was too much for him that was OK then he proceeded to yell at another employee to come and take over the conversation so I just hung up. I did notice they called back, but I did not respond because I was too upset by them. I also work in fast food and can understand their frustration but helping a customer is part of the job no matter how inconvenience it is to you. I have enjoyed Brahms for the majority of my life. They have fantastic hamburgers and wonderful ice cream and the grocery store is very convenient. Your milk is so much higher quality than others but I do feel maybe less stress on the employees or better training would help.

Honestly I’m so tired of this location and just will stop trying. I don’t know who was working the night of December 14th, but when I asked if the burger had mayo on it, they said yes. I tell them to add mustard. Then my boyfriend asked for fries with the order, because all he said was what else. He didn’t ask us if we wanted a medium or large combo, the type of drink we wanted with that order, nothing. He goes, “fries already come with it. what else.” Okay? So what size fries did you give me I wonder?? So I tell my boyfriend to confirm that he got us large combos. He does. Now that I have my food, neither of our combos are larges. My burger is literally the driest burger i’ve ever had in my life, not a drop of mayo or mustard in sight. I wouldn’t care if the drive thru attendant wasn’t so rude. You can be annoyed, but you have to be good at your job first. Barely asking any questions or caring at all to make sure we get what we wanted, when we weren’t rude at all. I’m sure he just felt put out for answering our two little questions.

Braum’s Is one of my favorite restaurants but this location needs some work….
I grew up in Yukon and I went in there last night on 11/12 with my family and one of the employees spilled a LOT of trash juice all over the ground next to where we were eating and then I proceeded to find a live cockroach walking on the booth between my wife and my son. I squished it and brought it to the manager where he did not offer to pay for our meal or give us ice cream or anything. Not that I was expecting that but at least something other than “sorry that’s embarrassing”.
Between that and the criminally long drive-thru wait times I won’t be returning to this location for a while. I do love Braums as a company and their food is great but something has to change at this location as it doesn’t represent the best of the franchise has to offer.

i love braums unfortunately this one gave me food poisoning a day ago. never in my life have i ever gotten that sick. i had a number 2 with a fry and chocolate milkshake. made me sick and i loveeeee their food! def won’t be eating from this location ever again.

Main Street has an assistant manager whose behavior is discriminatory and unprofessional. He has repeatedly targeted people of color, attempting to intimidate them and falsely accusing customers of contacting corporate regarding his conduct. In addition, this location consistently fails to fulfill orders correctly and responds with hostility when errors are addressed. This reflects poor management, lack of accountability, and unacceptable customer service standards. I witnessed this on two different occasions. Not all staff are rude and disrespectful just him and his condescending racist unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

Can someone explain to me why this location makes it so hard to order sauce in the drive-thru? Ask for it while order, no go to the window and tell them. I go to the window, they say they’ll let the next window know. Get home… and no sauce. 3rd time this has happened.

The service and food have been top notch every time I go. I only go though the drive thru, when I go, and have never had any problems with my orders. They are fast and friendly.

We stopped for an ice cream cone and so glad we did. The hard dip ice cream here is fabulous! It is premium ice cream that is super smooth and creamy. The serving was huge and they had many great flavors to choose from. If you are looking for premium ice cream at a great price this is the place to go. We dined in and the restaurant was super clean and has a cute little store attached.

Was in the drive thru line for a very long time and when my wife asked for a straw for her drink the girl working at the window gave her a dirty look. I understand customer service tends to take a hit at fast food places when things get busy but there’s no reason just be plain rude, especially when the person asks nicely(I know when my wife isn’t nice and she was definitely nice when she asked for the straw)

I ate at Braums today and it was so good, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2fries ,1 strawberry shake. I think I took a nap afterwards. Can’t deny good food. Prompt service,w/ smiles. As the Terminator once said; I’LL BE BACK!!! DAVID MITCHELL
