Put in a mobile order at 7:55, while waiting in line behind 2 people that hadn’t moved in 5 minutes. Finally they went. At the speaker, no one said anything. After 2 or 3 minutes, I started saying, “hello? Are yall open?”
Finally she told me to pull forward.
But they don’t have tacos. ( no tacos @ jack?)
Told to pull forward. Now sitting in the parking lot for eggrolls, and it is 8:20, and still just waiting.
Probably my last time to come to this jack n the box.
It should have taken 5-8 minutes.
I am at the 25 minutes mark.
Do you think the food is going to be good?
Maybe I should have asked for the frozen egg rolls. I could have made them by now.
8:23, nothing.
8:24, nothing.
8:27, nothing. 35 minutes for 3 egg rolls? Dang.
8:28, nothing.
8:29, nothing. I am being held hostage. They have my money.

The tacos were filled with a table spoon of meat surrounded with a hard cold shell. Fries were hard and cold. Ordered another sourdough burger and lady who took the order left window and got in her car and drove off. After waiting in line next attendant said the woman had not turned order in.
I asked first lady to give me a receipt. She said she vouldnt because printer or something was broke. I dont think I’ll be going back to jack. Awful experience.

Food is good, but they’re stingy with their taco sauce. We ordered 20 tacos, asked for extra taco sauce and they only dump 4 packets lol. Had to get out the car and go into the restaurant to make sure they give enough. Isn’t the first instance, but sure is the most ridiculous time it happened…

Pulled in drive thru for 2 tacos, there was 4 workers in the back. First anything I wanted to drink they were out of and she continued to get mad at mouth something off when I asked for a drink carrier for 3 drinks. I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes then got told to pull around to the front where 4 other cars were parked waiting on food.. I sat there for another 25 minutes and got my food cold and stale. 2 of the workers sat in the lobby while one was in the back actually working. I 10/10 DO NOT recommend coming here. There is better food all around here.

Purchased fish sandwich and 8 piece nuggets. I was not given a receipt. Had to wait too long, no one was in the drive thru when I ordered. After a seven minute drive home I tasted the nuggets, they were very overcooked or old because they were dry and chewy. I couldn’t eat, the fish sandwich (fish) was overcooked, the outer edges were very dry. I tried calling the store back but there was a problem with the number. ???

They no longer toast the bread for sour dough jacks. Put your tacos upside down in the bag so they fall out after making you wait almost half an hour for your order of a few things. That is after the girl at the counter gets off her phone while you stand in front of her for over 3 minutes.
The time before I went I waited 10 minutes at the speaker in the drive through. I went to the window and I was told they were in shift change. They refused to do anything but sit in the lobby.
And before Mgmt says they are sorry to hear this and to reach out, I have and NO response.
Clearly you cannot manage this business hence all the problems you are having and complaints and bad reviews.
UPDATE: The sorry for your experience reply is a default response and more than likely automated. 3 times now in over 3 months Ive reached out to the website in the reply and NO contact has been attempted.
Boycot this location. They obviously do not care about customer service or the goods they offer. The food will make someone sick because it is not prepared correctly and maybe a lawsuit will finally shut them down to avoid harming anyone and not have to put up with the rudeness they offer.

No one bringing anything out.

I rolled through this Jack in the Box at 11:12pm. There was no one in the line. One of the waitresses was outside talking to someone. I went to order and was told that they were in the middle of shift change and can’t take any orders right now. Really?
