We had such a nice time at LaLa’s last night! The appetizers were delicious: feta dip and corn dip. We also ordered the Ohana pizza and the other couple had the Big Dawg pizza. Both were excellent. If Portnoy were reviewing the pizza as a standalone, I’m not sure how well it would fare. However, pizza is always good and the atmosphere was fabulous!

If you love the cozy corner cafe and bookstore vibe then you will love LaLa’s! The staff is so friendly and the food is delicious. They have a good selection of wines and they can recommend pairings for the best experience and taste. Just know that if you want a slice of chocolate cake you better come early it goes fast.

We’ve been coming to lala’s since they opened a few years ago. This is a comfortable casual eatery that has very good food and a good selection of draft and bottle beer as well as wine and coffee. The pizza quality is very good. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a good meal. The atmosphere is really great. This is the gem of the town of Ashville.

Wow! Lala’s is amazing! I cannot wait to make it a regular stop with family and friends. The atmosphere is amazing, the food was wonderful and got to us QUICK, and the service was great. Our pizza was out before I was even finished browsing the books…two of which I brought home with me for much less than I would have spent at the bookstore – from an atmosphere that was a million times better. I will be back again and again…what an amazing opportunity for Ashville. If you don’t live nearby, it will be worth your drive. Hit up Farm Wife and Co, House of Hope Thrift, and the other local businesses while you’re there and make a day of it. The most excited I’ve been about a restaurant in a long time! Well done everyone.

Nice cozy place, very clean. We ate in, but if you order take out, you can sit on the couches and look at the many books or sit at the bar. Pizza was good although I like a crispier crust, prices are average and service was excellent. No complaints at all. We ordered the Zander 16″ which has meat toppings for $20.48. Will be back for sure to try the salads.

We are regulars not only because of the delightfully cozy decor and delicious eats, but the carefully crafted wine and beer selection, the family-friendly atmosphere, and more than anything – the friendly owners, hosts, and staff. Great to have another option for food and drinks in Ashville. Decent craft beer selection and good food. Wife loves books and I love beer, so its a perfect combination. Hope this place gets the love and support it deserves from our community to keep the doors open. Will be bringing my friends here for sure. Nice to have a place like this without driving to Gadsden or Trussville.
