We stopped at Stephanie’s because it was close to our gate, which made it a convenient option before our flight. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t great. We waited quite a while before anyone came to take our order, and since we were worried about time, we ended up just ordering fries and drinks. We even asked for the check right away so we wouldn’t risk missing our flight.

That said, the food and drinks themselves were good. The fries were tasty and the drinks were well made, so no complaints there. Maybe next time we’d try sitting at the bar in hopes of getting quicker, more attentive service. Overall, it’s a decent spot for airport food, but the slow service was definitely frustrating.

I stopped at Stephanie’s before my flight, and the food was honestly amazing. The steak tips were tender and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy with great seasoning. For an airport restaurant, the quality of the food really surprised me in the best way.

The place itself is also awesome — comfortable, clean, and a nice spot to relax while waiting for your plane. It definitely feels more like a real restaurant than a typical airport stop.

The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the service. Right after the server (a man) brought my food, he placed the bill on the table immediately without checking if I wanted anything else. I was curious why a good restaurant would bring the bill instantly, especially without asking if I might want to order more or enjoy the meal first. It made the experience feel a bit rushed.

Overall though, the food and atmosphere were excellent, and I would definitely eat here again — just hoping for a little more patience from the service next time.

Cozy spot at United’s Logan airport. Inviting with plenty of TVs. I sat at the bar. They had NA beer options. Mark, the bartender, was friendly, attentive and efficient. I usually don’t enjoy airport restaurants with all the business. I felt calm and relaxed here.

Decent airport food. The chowder was pretty good and heartwarming. It is a decent serving and can serve as a moderate sized meal if you’re not too hungry. The fish and chips was just ok. The fish was a bit flakey and the breading wasn’t the crunchiest. It did come with a large amount of fries and a small coleslaw serving. They have a bar inside, so you can also enjoy some spirits with your food. Nice furniture, they took the time to design the place.

Service was excellent. Food…not so much. I got clam chowder and an arugula salad. Chowder was probably some canned or frozen concoction. Just meh. The “salad” was just a pile of arugula tossed in a bit of vinegar with a few tasteless strips of something pretending to be Parmesan. It literally had no flavor. The server kindly brought me some tomatoes. Helped a bit. I really wish I’d known there was a legal seafood further down the concourse. That would have been a better choice.

The upholstery was peeling off the chairs, and there were paint chip spots on the walls. Sadly, the pesto was less complementary and more dominating on my chicken sandwich. I added mushrooms, which was a good call. The tomatoes were fresh, and the French fries were hot.

Good food, recommend the fish and chips. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food came after 10-20 minutes. They do take out too. Atmosphere is similar to a bar/American diner. Considering it was in an airport, it was a good experience. They don’t chase customers out, even if they are working or spending a long time in the restaurant. Lots of seating.

A little bit of a wait to get a table cleared off to sit around 6/7pm on a Tuesday.
Very happy with my mac and cheese. Unfortunately they were out of steak AND the soda machine wasnt working but we still enjoyed our meal while waiting for our flight

I was debating whether to get the lobster roll, but where else can you get fresh seafood in an airport? So, I caved and got it. It was full of fresh seasoned lobster served w French fries and a bit of coleslaw. It was delicious! Could not have made a better choice. It is well worth the price for a good size sandwich! Service was amazing (thank you, David E!) I’ll be back soon!

Food is ok at best.
Toast was cold.
The only black tea they have is Eral Grey, no Orange Pekoe, no English Breakfast.
$24 for a two-egg breakfast. Not $14 as indicated in some of the reviews.
