My husband and I spent $30 on food thru takeout. None of it was edible. We were pressed for time or we would have went back. The restaurant was filthy and I stood at the register for 8 min. before my order was taken. We frequently eat at this establishment but after this visit, not so sure we will be back.

This is the only Long John Silver in my area. It was always decent fast food! Went today and what a change! Portions were much smaller and the food was already cooked and just barely warm. The biggest issue I have is the Mens restroom was disgusting! I’ve been in cleaner porta potties! No more for me at least at this location.

I just left this place about 10 min ago and for starters they said they ran out of fish and when we asked if they had any shrimp they told us they only had 13. When we went up to the window to pay our food was already bagged which is fine but it was cold and soggy. We live 40 min away from this Long John silvers/KFC and just wanted a quick bite to eat before heading home.

This is the closest Long John Silver’s location to Buffalo, so we occasionally make the trek out for the food. While they no longer serve cod as their regular fried fish, it’s still good, and I have to admit that the seasoned fries are nicer than the plain fries they had in the past. It is sort of annoying to have to use the little malt vinegar plastic packets instead of the bottles, and packets of ketchup, tartar sauce, and shrimp sauce instead of the pumps, but overall, those are minor.
One thing that I do have to note is that coming to LJS is a birthday tradition from my wife’s childhood, and this location has always delivered. In fact, this year, the ‘extra crumbs’ were the best that she’s ever gotten.

Can’t tell if the food is chicken or fish it all tastes the same . The food was cold dry and must have been sitting a long time. The hush puppies were ok and the pot pie was hot but not much taste . Leaving the place you have to drive out next to the drive thru. If you are from out of town it might take you a few minutes to figure out how to get back on the road especially when it is dark parking lot was dark no lights .they were out of tartar sauce and cocktail sauce what seafood place runs out of these

Long John Silver’s … Over cooked fish and fries. When was the last time they changed oil? The stale smell was strong. The quantity and quality went down at this location. The counter person was rude. 6 pieces of fish went straight to the bin

Food was not good. They had no tatlrter sause because your company didn’t care. The district manager should have been on point and no matterwhat figured it out a fish place with no tartar sauce is jacked. Hopefully your company cares about because your company whould not be fall if your company upers only had one store in Batavia n yet you cant get it right. Who ever runs n not the manager the that’s that place should not have a job. Person doesn’t care but when I closes I guess just food stamps will be handed out. To you ethical rights have to hire pple who don’t care never would go back

I waited about 20 minutes for my food, but I want to take a moment to commend an employee named Hailey. I noticed her step away from the drive-thru to help a cashier who was struggling with customers, and once things were under control, she went straight into the kitchen to assist there as well. That level of teamwork and initiative stood out to me.
With my extensive fast-food management experience, I can confidently say Hailey has the qualities of a strong leader and should be considered for a management role. She showed initiative, awareness, and the ability to adapt to the team’s needs.
Although the wait was long, the food was fresh, and Hailey’s efforts made a clear difference. In my opinion, she is the kind of employee who should be running the place far more than the others I observed.
