i come in pretty consistently and the first time was amazing i can remember the waitresses name but i gave her a $10 tip the next time i came it was with a waitress named hannah she wasn’t as good as the first time so i only gave $5 i am just sitting here currently with no food left on my plate my drinks empty i still haven’t gotten my check and this waitress has checked on me little to no times i will not be tipping this waitress today it’s pretty bad customer service im not one to write reviews but it kind of ruined my day i always get the same thing here bc i love the wings and the long island tropical but to add on to the negative stuff the fries were stale but due to me not having good customer service i ate it anyway bc i figured no one would ask i hope the next time me or someone else comes in has a better experience then i had (PS my empty plate and drink has been sitting here still no one has came and checked up and the place is empty)

First and foremost, my family and I definitely MISS going to Hooters! We stopped going when they pulled the smoked wings and spicy garlic wing sauce off the menu…well, we did go back to try other sauces, but there wasn’t anything that tasted good! I do remember a while back, Hooters had a sauce we used to love and it was also pulled from the menu. You guys have a knack for taking what is liked off the menu!
I can imagine how many customers they lost when they pulled off items that people really enjoyed!
I’m really saddened about it because we always ate well and had a great time when we went…that was at least once a week.
I read that some Hooters brought back the spicy garlic sauce, and I’ve called this location and others several times hoping that it was added back to the menu…NO LUCK!!!
PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON YOUR MENU!!!!

Just like old times! From what I’ve been told the Hooters in Pasadena is under New Management and ownership. It shows! The service has been so excellent and the food, which is the most important is super on point! The last time that I went, I had to personally compliment the cooks before I left. The food was amazing! Keep up the great work guys! Look forward to seeing you guys again this weekend!

So. I have been a true addict for 15+ years. Multiple times a week addict. They shut down so many closer locations so we finally were able to make the 45 minute drive to satisfy my craving after months! It was so so disappointing. Yes I knew things have changed and would be different but dang. It was Monday so I checked online to verify they’re still offering the buy 10 get 10 boneless free, I’m on a hard budget the days sadly but was craving these wings. We start to order and are told that is no longer offered. After an almost 50 minute drive. I told them it’s online, but they would not honor it. Our waitress then informed us of the Wednesday $9.99 10 boneless and fries special and how it’s available everyday, only advertised on the menu for Wednesday. I thought ok, it’s something but still going to be double my budget. My daughter and I split that and my husband gets the 10 traditional crispy yumminess we’ve been dying for. She did inform us that the sauce has changed. She did. But my goodness guys. It was the thinnest most greasy thing you could imagine. Just tasted like grease and barely even stuck to the wing. Not to mention, these wings were like miniature. Smaller than the kids meal size. Just extremely upsetting and disappointing but whatever, ok. Then we get the bill. Ranch is no longer invited, it’s $2 apiece which we weren’t told lol but ok. The boneless “special” was $15! I asked because we were told it would be the $9.99 special. She began apologizing a bunch for being wrong and scared of getting in trouble. So I felt too bad to say anything. What should’ve been a heavenly cheap buy 10 for $15 and get 10 boneless free plus drinks turned into $55 with all these “misunderstandings”!! And the food wasn’t even remotely edible to be completely honest. I know y’all are newly owned again and all but come on guys. This was not it.

The Original Wings are some the best around in my opinion.
I always get them plain (not sauced) and dip them in 2-3 sauces on the side.
Curly fries, tater tots and waffle fries always served hot and crispy.
The burgers, crispy chicken sandwich, boiled shrimp & mahi mahi sandwich are really good good good also.
This location is probably the most family friendly that I have ever been too.
Ballgames on tv, cold beer, soda and tea or water with lemon in it, joined by reasonable prices make it one of my family & friends favorite places to dine in.
We have been coming to this location since Day 1 and consider it…

Ordered a to go over the phone (which is through a third party service)
Went and picked up the order the exact time the lady said to be there. Went home and the food was ice cold. Our chicken tacos had a sorry excuse for “strips” . The buffalo shrimp were super soggy and not even fully tossed. We ended up driving back to get them to remake it. The manager was just sitting at the bar, didn’t seem very sorry. But at least we got better ish food that was at least hot.

Although I’m European, I know several Hooters locations. The Hooters in Pasadena, TX, was very similar to the original Hooters in Clearwater, FL. Very clean and inviting, well-made food, and fast, reliable service. JAS served us—very friendly, pleasant, and fast, and she was knowledgeable about the entire product range and can also recommend them well. Jas definitely enhanced our visit to Hooters. Thank you so much!

Don’t listen to the other reviews about slow service. They’ve never been to a good Hooters before.
It’s about the experience and atmosphere.
Aisha is a great bartender. All the other servers were great too, engaging with their customers.
Daytona style wings still are my go to.

We had Dominique as our server, she was very lovely and attentive. I liked that I was able to try just one wing of the triple dog dare flavor. The triple dog dare is a slow burn with a Smokey after kick. I also tried the Korean BBQ which was nice. The hubs got a burger which he enjoyed.

Lunch and drinks after the gun show….. nothing to complain about but not much to brag about either. Wings were ok, battered wings are not my preference, but they were good. My girl got the grilled chicken and salad, it was good. Drink and service was good. Waitress didn’t seem to know the menu or what the bar had but we’ll let her make it for that.
