i came in this morning excited to eat at one of my favorite breakfast spots with my boyfriend for his birthday, but unfortunately the service from our waitress, Megan (Meg), was disappointing. We were seated quickly and ordering started off fine, but things went downhill once our food arrived. i requested over-medium eggs and received them fully cooked, and my bacon was barely cooked. when i let the waitress know, she offered to fix it, which I appreciated, but the replacement meal came back with very runny eggs and burnt bacon.
i asked to speak with a manager, but was told no manager was available. she did take my meal off the bill, which i appreciated. when i we went to pay, Josh (not sure of his exact position) stepped in and handled the situation incredibly well. he listened, looked, agreed the food wasn’t acceptable, and went above and beyond by clearing the entire bill even though he didn’t have to.
josh’s professionalism and understanding definitely made the situation better. big thank you to him for taking care of us!

Great find for our large group! Affordable with large, delicious portions. We called ahead and they got us set up in a timely manner & the service was outstanding. They make everything by scratch. The soups are excellent. The corned beef hash is made homemade and incredibly flavorful.

Very cozy and welcoming. Fantastic food always. Have yet to have a bad meal here. 5 stars, absolutely will come back and I would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for an American mom/pop type place. Prices are very reasonable.

Today, we had a delicious breakfast at the DayBreak Cafe. The walls are adorned with nautical images and cute signs. The service was fast, and the food tasted fresh and was served hot. We highly recommend the DayBreak Cafe.

This restaurant is the perfect place for a well rounded meal at GREAT price. Our waitress, Angie, was FANTASTIC! She was so nice and helpful. She put a SMILE on all of our faces. My friend ( pictured below ) left her water bottle inside of the restaurant! And ANGIE sprinted out to the parking lot to return the water bottle. 10/10 customer service!!! Almost better then the food! Which was 11/10! Angie accommodated all of our food modifications with a smile on her face! So if you’re looking for a delicious meal anytime of day look no further than Daybreak Cafe ( and ask for Angie!!!)

I do not know where to begin, a few servers are so unwelcoming, complaining about their shifts and just have a mean demeanor. Food was absolutely disgusting, I truly mean this, came out so fast but was so cold, toast tastes like stale popcorn, bisquits were ok, gravy was like frozen Bob Evans kind, hash browns couldn’t even be eaten they were hard as concrete. This is an honest review, I would never return, even if I was starving and this place was the only one open. Beware

Very nice place for breakfast and lunch. Omelette and toast were perfect. Over easy eggs and bacon also perfect. Great service from Adam. Place was busy, so that says alot.

Normally, I’m quite happy with my experience at daybreak Café. However, ordered a to go breakfast today, Scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and was told it’d be ready in 10 minutes. Got there in 10 minutes, waited another 20 as my food sat there getting cold. And no, they weren’t super busy . Then once I got out to the car, I looked, and I had scrambled eggs, sausage, and ham, and home fries. Brought it back in and the waitress, who was very snippy, said she’d fix it. Brought it back out and still had home fries. Brought it back out angain and told me everything was made fresh and was hot. Got out to my car and the eggs were not only overdone but cold as hell. They also overcharged me. Not very happy with my experience today, at all!
