I came for lunch. This was probably one of the most enjoyable visits I have had at any fast food establishment in I would say a few years. I really appreciated being greeted at the self serve kiosk and being asked if I needed assistance. I cannot think of the last time I have had a greeting at one, and I really don’t think I have ever been. The fries were hot, fresh, and salted. The sandwich was very good and fresh and the nuggets were good as well. My soda was even good. This is a prime example of what great customer service does. Thank you to all of yall.

Not a typical Wendy’s. I would go back if I am in the area, but I feel the self-service is very unpersonable and takes longer than a simple order at the desk. The food was okay but I was dissatisfied they no longer have the original “sweet and sour” sauce. The employees made it sound like they did, but had no clue, so that kind of made me less interested. There’s only a small area to sit. It’s very small and open and uninviting. Seems like they care more about drive through orders, but the worst part is the people there work but don’t really greet you at the desk because it’s self service. Very awkward. It was very clean but the bathrooms were kind of weird. I can’t remember exactly but they weren’t like regular restaurant bathrooms. I much prefer the layout in the other Winter Haven Wendy’s. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience but it wasn’t spectacular and felt out of character for a fast food restaurant. It’s sad to say I am not impressed with either Wendy’s in Winter Haven.

I could ask a million times what was included on my burger. AI told me. No need to stress out the employee further with dumb questions, like my own .We work 3rd shift. Went to the Wendy’s on Cypress Gardens Blvd in Winter Haven, FL. It used to be that when you got a baked potato, it filled the tray, as well as the stomach. Apparently, based on tonight’s meal, those days are long gone. What I got for my $5 was an overcooked tennis ball size potato with 2 small greasy pieces of bacon on it. I paid for extra cheese sauce too. I hate to see what the regular amount would be. When I got my order, they gave me a flimsy plastic spoon to eat with. When I requested a knife and a fork, I was told they had none. They also did not have any salt. She did give me several packets of pepper in case I wanted to add that. We went to this Wendy’s because the one by my residence is really awful. This one ranks up there with the one near me.

My experience here at Wendy’s was great!! Burgers were well made, it wasn’t falling apart like some other fast foods do them. A very nice and amazing crew member called Brittney made conversation with the clients and makes them laugh, including me lol.

I placed my order via the Wendy’s app you get tons and tons of promo codes and excellent savings I called in and spoke with Ms. Zaria so polite/helpful/understanding and professional I’ve been to a ton of Wendy’s but the customer service at this location is top tier from the beginning of your visit and or call as within my case! I know this much you will not be disappointed either way you chose I give them 10 plus plus plus

I would not recommend going to this establishment after 8 or 9pm. They didn’t have my salad. I simply asked in a calm manner if there was a way to make it due to me not getting blue cheese (even though they add it everytime). The employee replied in a rude tone that was not needed whatsoever. I’ve tried to give them a chance time after time. I will not be coming back and will give my business elsewhere.
