This location is always spot on in my book. Team members are always helpful and quick. Today was no exception. I placed a kiosk order and no sooner had I purchased, I saw my meal being put together. I tried the new Big Arch. It was decent. Basically two quarter pounder patties with different fixings. Tried it. No need to get it again though.

I had a very concerning experience at this location involving a mobile drive-thru order late at night, and the situation ultimately resulted in me leaving without receiving food that I had already paid for.

On February 15th at around 11:30 PM, I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and arrived at the drive-thru to pick it up. When I provided my mobile code at the speaker, the employee simply said “second window” without confirming my name or order in any way. The interaction was abrupt and unusually dismissive.

As I drove past the first window, an employee leaned out and yelled “later (my name).” I had not spoken to this person and did not know them. Having a staff member call out my name like that from the window was extremely uncomfortable and honestly raised red flags for me about how casually customer information from the mobile app is being handled or discussed among staff.

When I reached the second window, I waited for several minutes before being told to pull around to the front doors. I asked how long the order might take, since it only contained two small items. The employee responded with, “Ummm I don’t actually know.”

Because this was happening late at night, the situation became increasingly uncomfortable. I had already experienced staff calling out my name despite not knowing me, and now I was being asked to wait outside the front doors of the restaurant with no estimate for when the food would be ready. At that point I genuinely did not feel comfortable remaining there, so I chose to leave rather than continue waiting under those circumstances, despite already paying through the app.

Unfortunately, the experience did not end there. I contacted McDonald’s Customer Care to request a refund for the order I never received. After several attempts to follow up, my case was automatically closed without the refund ever being processed.

Mistakes happen in busy restaurants, but the combination of unprofessional staff interaction, inappropriate familiarity with customer information, being asked to wait outside late at night with no timeframe, and the inability to resolve a simple refund has made this one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have had at a McDonald’s location.

I hope the franchise owner or management reviews what happened here. Situations like this, particularly late at night, deserve closer attention to staff professionalism, customer privacy, and how mobile orders are handled when something goes wrong.

Location is right before the highway so thats nice. It was our first time coming in… my son begged me too. We came in and I waited about 5 mins until anyone came to the front to take our order. The manager was talking away to the other employees and my son whose 4 had yelled HELLOOOOOO?! it worked because she noticed us. Took our order and it seemed like a long wait…I came to wait n the play area and this is by far one of the most dirty ones I have been too. Garbage iver flowing. Tables not wiped. The lady that came to drop off the food even made a comment like wow this place is dirty. She said three people called off. Ok… thats totally understandable BUT when your talking for the first 5 mins about personal life and dont notice customers coming in? That five mins could have easily been used to clean up because from what I noticed the others that walked in also came to the play area. Most of the customers here are in this area and no one has came in to do anything. Which is unfortunate because we will not be coming back

We ordered hash browns and decaffeinated coffee. The coffee was less than lukewarm. We were trying to explain this to the gentleman at the pickup window. He seemed annoyed and only concerned about the drive thru timings and asked us to go back around because there were other vehicles behind us. I ended up going inside to get a hot cup of coffee. For this I gave them 3 stars.

This is the second time I have ordered a large cup of hot tea with milk. I also ordered a quarter-pounder with cheese and a 6-pack of chicken nuggets with sauce. I ordered delivery. This is the second time they gave me a hot cup of water with milk and did not give me a tea bag. Usually they don’t give me the sauce for the nuggets. I thought I would try ordering the tea again and they screwed up again.

You know when you go to McDonald’s you always know what you’re going to get because it’s consistent. Until you go to this location. Literally never know what you’re gonna get. It’s the most inconsistent and worst McDonalds in the history of McDonald’s locations. It’s right next to my house so it’s convenient. But i will drive the extra 10 min to go to another one. The food is NEVER hot and it’s always DRY! It’s sooo annoying! And the workers have the worst attitude. Yea i know it’s just McDonald’s, but im still paying for it! So it shouldn’t be shit everytime i get it!

I find the precision of order and hygiene to be lacking (at least in drive-thru). The last three orders we had were incorrect. On the last visit I ordered to frozen drinks. I saw an employee (who I found out to be the manager), stick her hand in the drink. When I asked for a new one she was very rude. At one point she started dunking her hand in the drink. It was a very strange experience to say the least, and I would not recommend this McDonald’s.

Ordered off the app today around 5pm. Wasn’t busy.
They couldn’t figure out why my order wasn’t showing up with code. Told a email was sent to that location that the app was disabled. Canceled, got a refund in 1-7 days.
Reordered with cash. Frappes were good tho
