The employees here are always lovely and happy to help. I ordered the dipping tacos again tonight and I just can’t help but notice they’ve shrunk since the last time I had them (sauce packet added for scale). Minor inconvenience when you’re in a rush and forget to check the bag but still tasted great.

I did an Uber Eats order and it was a saved order from Sunday. When i received the order, i had asked for No cheese, no sour cream. I have dietary issues and that’s why my order is different. I called the location and was told if I wanted my order correct, then i need to drive to the location for a remake of food. Sick at home, that’s why i ordered delivery. Then Uber Eats out of their generous pockets, they refunded a whole $2. Never will ai purchase from this location or use uber Eats!!!!! I had to throw the food away. The person I spoke to on phone was rude and condescending.

This Taco Bell (near Publix at Blanding and Cleveland) is the ONLY ONE in the OP / Westside area that ‘gets it right’!!!
Writing as a gig delivery driver with over 1000 deliveries , I consistently observe and experience that this TB is properly staffed so as to get food orders out in time. Even better, staff members are helpful, positive and kind to delivery drivers.
The other area TB stores are often excruciatingly slow, short handed with poor staff attitudes, so much so that I rarely accept delivery orders from them – I have been burned too many times with 10+ minute waits and botched orders.
Please keep up the good work – it makes a huge difference and is greatly appreciated!

I understand being busy as I also work fast food but every single time I come here there is something wrong with my order but this time every item I ordered had something wrong with it and one of my burritos wasn’t even what I ordered, my cheese roll up had lettuce in it my soft taco had rotten lettuce in it and my other burrito was supposed to be a cheesey bean and rice burrito but it seems they forgot everything but the rice? I’m not impressed.

This is quite possibly the slowest fast food place. Who wants to wait 15 mins for fast food tacos that are cold and falling a part because they are so slow. It does not matter if you are the only car or if the is five cars, it takes forever.

So Darshayla was quite rude when I asked for a few more sauces to go in the bag. She told me that I would have to deduct something off of my order , in order for me to get the few extra sauces. I have never heard that before and I used to work at Taco Bell. She gave us a really hard time over this matter and I really don’t understand it, honestly. Instead of giving me what I wanted and what I asked for politely she decided to give me a really hard time ober sauce? Anyways I hope one of you higher-ups see this is not how you treat your customers especially your regulars.

Got to the store and the side doors were locked. Had to wait in a long freaking drive-thru line only for them to tell me to go to the front doors to pick up my order so after waiting twice as long I’m inside standing there the only customer waiting and nobody seemed to care. After a couple minutes somebody came over and asked if I’d been helped just seems kind of stupid to lock two of the three doors and then tell a customer who had to wait in the Drive-Thru that they couldn’t pick the order up through the drive-thru and had to go into the doors that were unlocked. Perhaps a note on the side doors saying use the front door would alleviate a lot of these issues or here’s another idea just hand the freaking paid order through the window. Small issue but it cost me 10 minutes of waiting why the food was getting cold

Well never go there again. Trash on table and no one cares to clean. Garage box was open where you don’t feel like eating at all. You place an order and have to wait and ask for food. Joanna the lady will make you wait for food till you give a review. She told me to review first “Tell the bell” store. Horrible customer service

Haven’t ordered from this location in a couple years but went today. The dining area was dirty. Sticky floors. Some of the soda dispenser buttons had a sign “out of order”. Tortillas for the taco and burrito was hard and meat was almost room temp. Usually go to the one in Fleming Island it’s so much nicer.

I just have to say the customer service was impeccable! Even if I had got everything in my order wrong, it still would’ve been great due to the service at the window! I also never knew you a free taco on Tuesdays! I went around 11:35p.m. 10/07.
