Absolutely Amazing, first time there was scared it wouldn’t be good, but wings were perfectly cooked our waitress was very kind and got us drink refills even when we didn’t know which was so kind. The Atmosphere with all the TV’s with different sports is amazing everyone cheering for college football, Basketball and golf! 100% RECOMMEND GOING!

We were the only two in the dining area. The bar was empty. Had to wait to be seated much longer than it should. The server was slow. We had to ask for refills. The food was just above room temperature and flavorless, after a long wait.

Had an amazing experience being served by Jasmine! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. You can tell she really cares about her guests always checking in at the right times and keeping such a positive attitude even when it was busy. Service was quick, drinks stayed full, and she made us feel really welcome. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a while!

Ordered the 3 piece dippers to have bbq sauce on them with a side of ranch. Got my side of ranch but they gave me plain dippers. Not only that, our food was ice cold and we couldnt pick it up til 830 even though we placed the order an hour before that. Not good for business after being open for 4 days.

I don’t think the wings could ger any smaller. Unfortunately that makes them very dry. Definitely has gone downhill. Used to be best wings around , not anymore. They are definitely in s death spiral.

Visited the Windsor Locks BWW with my daughter while waiting for my wife’s delayed flight to arrive at Bradley International. Food was out quickly and tasted as expected. Service was good. My daughter tried the new Bird Dawgs (chicken tender in a hot dog bun). She got the Honey BBQ version and gave it rave reviews. They come as an order of 2 and will definitely fill you up.

Did a delivery order. Of course it was totally wrong, and they can’t blame door dash for that. Left out all the dips so had nice dry chicken. Wrong items in the bag.
