Our first time at this location. Both the service and the food variety were excellent! We came in for lunch and our server, Kiki, was very friendly and nice! She was very attentive and always came around to make sure we have everything we needed. We got free ice cream for everyone and one bubble tea for free due to a special promo! Loved the sauce bar and appetizers and fruits available too! Will definitely come back again soon!

Service :The staff were very kind! Especially my server Brianna M. She was always very attentive and kind. She even noticed I was on date and check on me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my time.Such a sweet gesture.
Food:The quality of food is great! Had the BBQ dinner. Started it off with the tasty Virgin mule.
Got the steak, rolls of thin meat, pineapple, mushrooms, beef babogi, the bagogi was my favorite!! Loved the taste of marinate. I hope with time they add more options for vegetables.
Finished off with a yummy virgin coquito.
I will be returning whenever I am in the area!!

Kpot isn’t my favorite hot pot chain, but this location is rather decent. The portions are large, it’s easy to order and things come out very quickly. This location has hustle, which is really appreciated when you’re watching the clock. Only thing that bothered me slightly was that it was freezing inside (had to keep my coat on practically the entire time while eating). Also, the music made me feel like it’s Vegas. Super loud. Combined with the fact that they have a bar, I was confused. Maybe not a bad thing if here at dinner, but it’s a bit much for lunch. Props for the xmas tree! Loved that!

Had an amazing experience at Kpot! The food was delicious and fresh, making it the perfect spot for a group gathering. The service was top-notch as well. A special shoutout to our waitress, Mimi—she did a fantastic job taking care of us, and her sweet smile really made our night. Highly recommend!

I have been trying different hot pot spots. KPot was ok. Their process is a bit different from the other hot pot spots. I am guessing because it is a combo hot pot/bbq setting. Instead of the hot pot in the center of the table, the shared bbq hot plate was in the center with each diner having their own individual hot plate for their hot pot. While this feels someone more personal, if you are only doing hot pot and not bbq then the pot is much smaller than the regular hot pot so the soup base needs to be replaced more frequently.

Jet was awesome! She’s a great server and we had a blast chatting with her.
The food here is fantastic. They give you a nice portion size and their food bar is always fresh and topped off.

The food was fresh and tasty and we were very satisfied with that aspect but the cost was a little pricey to me!! Drinks were not included and when I did order a strawberry lemonade it was 5.00!! I could go to a different kpot and get the same thing and more for the same price if not lower… I also need to mention that the staff was amazing and service was excellent. Order what u want on the tablet and it comes out in minutes!!!

Had the pleasure of having lunch with my friend today and we were served by the lovely Linda! She was very helpful and detailed in explaining the process and consistent in checking in on our meal. Service was pretty quick when ordering through the ipad and the quality of meats were okay for an AYCE KBBQ and Hot Pot restaurant. Will be coming back in the future!

Easily turning into one of our go to spots! We enjoyed the BBQ aspect but the Hot Pot is where it’s at. Endless amounts of food combinations, comes out almost immediately, and our server, Kiki, held it down! Can’t wait until my wife asks Szechu-wanna go back to KPOT? “Absolutely!”
