I had the best service while I was on a time constraint Saturday, October 6th 2025. The server whom I for the life of me cannot remember her name. But she was absolutely amazing. She got us our food fast, put it in a carry out container and even gave me a fresh large cup of coffee for the trip to take my kid to her band competition so she wouldn’t be late. I know that was a lot to ask in the moment and am very thankful for people like her. Thank you waffle house for employing such a wonderful person.

This waffle house is one of the better locations I have visited. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never had to ask for a refill because of the attentiveness of the staff. My entire meal was very fresh and hot. My first visit was so good that I have gone back at least a couple more times. To anyone looking for a good breakfast meal or even a burger I suggest trying this Waffle House. A big shout out to sugarplum who really made this feel like a Waffle home.

We were visiting for our son’s graduation from bootcamp. The food was great,the service was even better and the atmosphere was very inviting. Food was okay, it was hot and fresh but the cleanliness and efficiency of the staff is why the low rating. We waited a while to have our order taken and most of the tables were dirty. Even when the waitress came over to notice the table was dirty, still did not care to wipe it down. This was at 10pm at night, and not a rush time.

Today was my first time going to a waffle house and I will definitely come back! The food was great and the customer service was exceptional! Allena was making sure my friends and I were good all the time asking us if there’s anything we need she’ll be happy to help, and was super fun to talk with! The food was delicious! I thought it was a place where you only eat breakfast food but they offer nice dinner meals as well! I recommend this place to everyone!

Stopped in for breakfast (for lunch). Walked in and was greeted by a few smiling faces. Placed an order to go : Bacon/egg & cheese melt, and a blueberry waffle. Didn’t take long to get my order. Food was delicious! Next time I’m stopping and eating here.

I had a fantastic experience at Waffle House that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The menu offers a delightful range of options, but I went for the classic Waffle House experience: a perfectly crispy waffle paired with fluffy, golden hashbrowns. The waffles were so good there, especially with the peanut butter chips they added to it. Fast Food and Friendly Customer service were amazing here.

I’d give -1 start if I could. The food and service were just very sad. I guess you need to be a fan of waffle house as an establishment to patronize it regularly or be really hungry with no other options.
I was interested to check it since I’ve heard about the chain, as but these stuff they serve is not worth putting in your body. I think the only natural food were the eggs. Looks like the coffee was flushed 3 times, it was almost transparent and the hush browns are made from a weird substance that doesn’t taste like potatoes

Tables are unclean, cooking staff is rude to employees and the customers, and they will not clean the grill for any allergen. I don’t recommend this type of service when dining out with the family. Customers are why they are in business yet, they don’t care.

NOT ALLERGY SAFE. NOT ALPHA GAL SAFE. They said they wouldn’t, “stop production to clean the grill”. Excuse me…… you clean the grill with heat, time, and water in a small area.
