Buffalo Wild Wings in Lake Forest hits the mark with juicy wings, a wide selection of sauces and drinks, and a lively sports-bar atmosphere. The wings were hot, crispy, and flavorful, though I found some to be slightly inconsistent in size. Service was friendly and efficient, getting our orders out quickly, even during busy games. The spacious seating and big-screen TVs make it a fun spot to catch a game with friends. Prices are a bit higher than average wing joints, but you’re paying for that full-service experience.

Everytime I come here the service food & Atmosphere is the best. I went there just before Christmas and got both of my daughters 2 $20.00 gift cards if you use them by February you can get an extra &10.00 each on top of the cards, Last week my daughter’s went there and they said there were only $10.00 on each card. I usually have very pleasant experiences with other BWW locations, but this location in particular has been very distasteful. For starters, upon entering the establishment, I could hear one of the managers yelling at one of the employees. After an employee Came out of the kitchen and asked me for my online order, I gave her my name and she told me She would retrieve my order. They had advised us that our food would be ready within 15 minutes, It took Over 20 minutes To get to the location where I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. After receiving my order, I checked and made sure everything looked good just to discover that the wings I ordered were completely dry and had no seasoning, I also asked for salt and vinegar dry rub on my fries and they were bare. She did fix the issue But after getting home and finishing my drink, I noticed the soda dispensary tap had fallen inside my drink… (picture for reference). This is my first and last time at this location.

My date has been waiting for her water for 10 minutes. The boneless chicken wings have little meat inside the burnt crispy breading.
Her mushroom swiss burger was greasy and not very good. My buffalo ranch chicken wrap was not great either. The nachos were disgusting.

If time equals money for you, which is the way of the life of the contractor, do NOT go here for lunch on a weekday. It took forever to get my order placed, to get my food, and then to pay the bill. There is a serious problem at this location.

I’ll have to come back here again to see if our experience is any different than this first time. We’ve been to several other locations, but this was our first time at Lake Forest. We had a short wait before we were seated, arriving in between the lunch and dinner rush. We waited a while to get our drinks. We waited a reasonable time to get our food. We waited a ridiculous amount of time to see our server again and order refills on our drinks. Watching the server walk all around the empty restaurant was frustrating, especially since we were trying to get their attention. We ended up ordering just one beer to share instead of a second round. For the first time since the pandemic started, we tipped just 15%.
Edit: Now that I’m seeing the other reviews, it appears that poor service is common here. The owner response seems to be the same each time, “Fill out the form and we’ll address it with the team.” I don’t know how much that’ll help at this point.
Edit for an online order: It was ready exactly when promised, so that was nice. The food servings were what I expected. Where they absolutely failed was the extra sauces that I paid for. They use the half ounce souffle cups, and filled them each about halfway. I paid $2 for less than an ounce of dressing. For our 20 wings, this was not enough. There are better locations than this one. I will not be ordering from them again.

Did not meet my expectations based on previous BWW experiences. Burger was a over cooked, fries tasted like grease and my beer was flat and off tasting. Wings were very good.

Didn’t cut up huge chicken tenders in a salad. No knife. No ranch. Friend walks back over from our hotel. They tell her that they have no disposable knives and give her a tiny little container of ranch. Didn’t even bother eating it. You guys are a joke

On my most recent visit, a small order of boneless wings, the taste was pretty good. On a prior visit, a small order was overly bready (not too meaty). On both visits to this BWW, I had a small order of wings, garden side salad, and a draft beer/premium beer. The bill with tax & tip on the 1st visit was $27, the 2nd visit $30.

Very good. Consistent quality. Fast and friendly Service from Kellie at the bar. Tried the cauliflower wings which were actually very good. Also liked the chips and salsa. Of course….wings and beer were pretty great!
