Worst food ever! I’d always heard about Krystal. It was supposed to be like White Castle, which I love. This location was small, the food wasn’t ready and it took forever to get my food in the drive thru. Very slow. The outside was very run down.
But the food was horrible it had no flavor. The onion rings tasted just like the grease it was fried in and that’s it. The burgers had NO taste. I honestly just threw the food out.

Girl at the window wouldn’t give me more than two ketchup packs I had too ask for a manager before she would give me more. The same girl after ringing me up she put fries into the deep fryer then without washing hands she packaged my fries up and hamburgers that’s so nasty. She’s Rude! food is great…I was scared to complain and eat it.

I’ve been enjoying this very much I’m eating there too much the past week and a half to tell you the truth. But see I’m down from New York I used to live here we don’t have these in New York. every order so bad we stopped going. my favorite chain restaurant, but this location is absolutely abysmal. stale, cold, wrong, tap water fountain drinks, hour+ to get food *EVERY TIME*. amazed it hasn’t closed yet.

It says online it was 24/7 yet no one was answering and we sat at the drive through for 15 minutes! No one else was there. If it’s not 24 hours don’t advertise it! Waited ten minutes for ONE vehicle to get their rather small order. After we paid we were asked to pull forward, they would have our food out in five minutes. No one thought to throw the meet on the grill when it was ordered? Or will they not make food until they receive payment because they’re so use to people driving off?

I went to Krystal’s today while I was in town and I just had to leave a review for the sweet woman that was working around 12:30 today. I did not catch her name but she was great! She was patient when I wasn’t ready to order. Thorough in reading my order back to me and was such a pleasure when I got to the window. I really hope she sees this and gets recognition for being such breath of fresh air. I hate to say it but customer service is almost non existent in fast food today but that definitely was not the case today!

Recently back in town and stumbled across Krystals serving breakfast now.. plus all the other drive-thru’s can’t keep up.. but I’ve came here again after not eating this for several years.. and I was extremely impressed.. at this day and age all I care about is quality and customer service.. annnd let me tell you that they’re nailing both here right now.. so shout out to the current team serving everyone.. and if you haven’t tried Krysyals breakfast yet, I suggest you do and it’s a must!!
