This was my first visit to CAVA, and I used the digital drive‑through ordering system. The ordering process itself worked well. I arrived early and, since there was no one behind me, waited in the drive‑through.
A friendly woman came to the window and asked for my name. I let her know I was early and also told her my drink preference, since the digital ordering form didn’t allow me to specify one. She closed the window, and moments later a man appeared and asked me the exact same questions. I gave him the same answers.
Shortly after, my food arrived. I asked, “Can I have my Coke?” The woman smiled, left the windowopen, and walked away. I assumed she was getting my drink. The window remained open, and I was left staring at the man who had already asked about my drink, along with a third woman wearing a blue‑and‑white headscarf. She saw the window open and asked if I needed anything else, and I told her I was waiting on my drink. She replied “okay” and slammed the window shut.
Eventually, my almost‑full drink arrived.
When I got home, I realized I was just as unimpressed by the service as I was by the food, and sad I waste the money. The lentil bowl was the highlight. I built a salad using their available ingredients, and I think I did a decent job with that. Unfortunately, the hummus was terrible, and the pita was chewy in a way that made it seem previously frozen.
Overall, the entire experience felt odd and disorganized. It’s fair to say I won’t be returning.

My first time experience here was great! Chinet was so patient and answered all of my questions so polite! She also gave me recommendations based on my taste pallet. 5/5 recommend Cava and do not forget to ask for Chinet!

Fresh Flavors in a Familiar Spot
It’s great to see a new life breathed into the former Zoe’s Kitchen, and the Cava team has done a fantastic job with the fresh, clean remodel. The moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in a completely new space with a great atmosphere.
The food is the real highlight here. The customizable bowls and wraps are made right in front of you, with a wide array of incredibly fresh ingredients to choose from. It’s exactly the kind of fast, healthy, and delicious meal you want when you’re looking for something that’s not typical fast food. You order at the counter, and you can either grab a table or take your meal to go. Covered patio area is also available if you prefer. Trays and trash are placed in the receptical area as you leave.
Service was efficient and good overall, but it lacked a bit of that genuinely warm and welcoming feeling you hope for. It was early dinner time, so they were starting to get busy, and a few tables could have used a quick wipe-down, though the rest of the restaurant was clean and well-kept.
Overall, Cava is a great addition to the area. It’s a solid 4-star experience, offering fresh, healthy food in a clean, modern setting. With just a little more attention to service and table maintenance, it would easily be a five-star spot. I’ll definitely be back to try another combination

Ive eaten at this location a few times and its always fresh. Another thing I like is that they give you a consistent and decent portion size unlike a lot of the other chains similar to them. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is basic but clean

I got ti cava around 3 times a week and every time is better than the last! The staff(especially brandon and Nicole) are always so helpful and give me the best bowls! The food is always amazing and the selections never fail. The service is always quick and friendly’

This was once Zoe’s Kitchen. The service was fast and personable. The portions were generous. The staff was polite and professional. The inside was clean and modern with plenty of seating. The drink selection was different, which was nice! Now for the best part, the food! Excellent bowls with fresh and tasty ingredients. I went with the full vegetarian option on my bowl. You can ask individually for ingredients but it’s easy to go with the default. (I only removed the Feta). My daughters very much enjoyed the chicken bowls. The sauces are tasty and mine was decently spicy without being too hot to enjoy. Wonderful experience all the way around!

Always a great experience. Very friendly staff, even though they are always busy. Delicious food, delicious options. My favorite place to go. Everything is always amazing, no matter what I order, but I always get harissa dip and shukg, but you can’t go wrong with the garlic sauce either. Try it all.

Usually like this location but tonight service was terrible. Crowd of employees just enjoying the show and taking there sweet time. No customer service skills what so ever and when paying no receipt offered and just walked away. No thank you or anything. Shouldn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes for 2 people to have bowls made. Did not feel like business was appreciated.

First time visiting. I had the spicy lamb pita, pita chips, blueberry lavender lemonade,and eggplant dip. The lamb pita was tasty. Had a little kick which I liked. The pita chips are fire! The eggplant dip was so good with the pita chips . I liked the lemonade because you can taste the lavender just wish it was a little more sweeter. Overall good lunch!
