You guys are the worst Wendy’s around you guys don’t do your job you missed stuff all the time you guys are rude as hell my kids wanted their meal but you guys always miss stuff. I pay my money there and I always have missing things and then you guys take forever through the drive-through. It takes about like 20 minutes just to get a sandwich. And you guys are always slow and then you guys take forever. Nobody likes going to that Wendy’s because no one does their damn job. Do your job do better.

Walking up to the counter, there were no employees in sight and the equipment was constantly beeping. Waited a couple minutes to see if somebody would come take my order of course nobody showed up.
Ordered my food at the kiosk and waited. Five more minutes before somebody came out to hand me the wrong size cup.
The soda machine was nasty with black flakes in the ice and dried soda all over the back of the machine as seen in the picture
Finally got my food 10 minutes after ordering, the fries were crunchy, and tasted old. The rest of it was mediocre.

I do not recommend this Wendy’s. There are other places to get a better meal and experience.

Just last night at 6:30 PM I was craving a Wendy’s hamburger, I pulled into the parking lot went on my Wendy’s app ordered a Dave single with cheese, tomatoes, extra pickles and mayonnaise. The young girl at the drive-through was exceptional very hospitable and definitely very pleasant. She handed me my hamburger through the drive-through window and I drove home. I live approximately 3 miles from Wendy’s. Got home set up my kitchen table opened up my hamburger the burger itself was not one bit hot, the cheese was not melted and truly a terrible experience. Sorry Wendy’s you lost a customer, There is no need to have a burger that is prepared and served that way!

I use the drive through. The cashier totally ignored my request for hot sauce for my chili. The bun on my burger was stale. Typical poor service at Wendy’s It’s what you can begin to expect. It’s more of an event if you get good service and they get your order right.

We eat at wendys often. So I’m not just being that guy, this location deserves a review and not a good one.
We arrived after a day at the beach around 8PM and was carrying out our order.

Right away as we entered I could tell no one actually wanted to be there, But we all have bills to pay right.
I went to the washroom as my wife was doing the kiosk order with the kids. I stood outside the bathroom door waiting due to an “occupied” lock being displayed. After a minute I decided to try the door and to my surprise, it was vacant and the lock was broken, Instead of fixing the deadbolt they installed a lock like you’d use to keep a puppy or bunny behind a gate.
Upon entering the washroom, it had a kitchen glove and a wad of paper towel located beside the toilet from what I can only assume an employee who couldn’t find the garbage can. The urinal had a garbage bag over it that had definitely been there a while aswell. “Whatever” I said and walked out.

We were paying cash and when we told them that, boy oh boy did he ever look thrilled that he had to stop what he was doing. I passed him my $60 bucks. He stared at it like it was obviously fake and took it out back to be black lighted. (Fresh from the bank) Cant hold that against him. He handed me my change, most people usually communicate and verbalize here is your change of $8.34. Not a word.. oh well. So we have stood at the counter kiosk and orered, paid cash to a human and still not one word has been spoken to us. We got our cups, my son went to get some “Hi C” and the syrup sprayed all over his new rash gaurd. That usually only happens when the nozzles are dirty and gumed up on the machine, so back to the bathroom we go to wash the orange out of his light blue shirt out in the sink. Why bother telling the employees that cant even say hello. They didnt care then why would they care about this now so no I didn’t mention it to anyone. My bad I guess.

Got our food. Restaurant had one couple eating their food so there was no panic in the kitchen. I checked the order quickly and we were missing a chilli. I got a head nod basically saying “what do you want” when I went back up to ask for it.
We get back to the hotel, No spoon was givin with the chilli so my 7 YO tried to eat it right out of the cup, He gave up after a few bites as he was tired and ready for bed. My 9 YO couldn’t eat his “tenders” because they were so hard and must have been cooked with mine and my wifes nuggets at 4pm. It was all hard and cold.. and I dont mean drive to the Marriott 7min away cold, I mean ice cold from sitting from 4 untill 8 until they got shoved in my bag. I was starving and ate them anyways along with the icicles they gave me for fries.
Mine and my wifes burgers were also cold, infact the cheese hadn’t even begun to melt on the pattys. They both had that sitting stale taste like left overs from lunch, so I went to get my other burger to see how it faired (A JBC) Nope that was to much to ask for I guess because we didn’t get it.
The doctor pepper wasn’t bad tho, That at least hit the spot after the cold chicken nuggets and our burgers.
The dining room looked fairly clean but not sure how much traffic they actually have after seeing the food quality at this location.
I get that good help is hard to find but it all starts with the management of a facility doing the required job description and holding your staff accountable.

-No communication what so ever. I didnt even hear our number be called, Just my food left on the counter as a random costumer looking threw my bags and his kids asking if thats our food.
Some people would really get bent out of shape over that.

Cant say we will be back to this location.
A surprise inspection would be highly recommended here, particularly the evening shifts by the looks of the other reviews.

Staff literally didn’t say one word to us, spoke to eachother only. I can’t get over how not one of the 3 employees said one word to us, not even when we asked for the chili they forgot, she just yelled to the back “large chili”. Forgot our chili (we noticed she weekend for it) but they also forgot one of our burgers and we didn’t notice until we got home. Chicken nuggets were cold, and I mean not even warm. Also the machine was so dirty I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to get a drink, and then the syrup for the orange pop sprayed out all over my son and stained his top. We had to take him to the bathroom and wash him up and try to wash his shirt.

I would say the food quality has definitely gone down specifically when it comes to the fries for some reason every time we go and get fries at this specific Wendy’s they tend to never put salt on the fries. Didn’t know I had to end up putting might own salt on the fries at home . As well as customer service is beyond the worst don’t even get a simple thank you or look at you in the eyes at all.

The restaurant staff here sucks and can’t do their jobs right. First of all, one of your employees who I assume is a manager got into it with a customer in the drive thru, secondly I had to wait at least 10 minuets for my food, and lastly I was overcharged by the cashier who can’t do her job. I was informed they were out of fries, she charged me for a combo, instead of replacing the fries, she charged me $4.89 for a bacon cheese potato. The cashier also rang in my burger as plain after I specifically told her what I wanted on the burger. A bunch of insolent, immature thieves. It’s not the customers fault they hate their job because they aren’t paid enough. Nobody’s forcing them to work there. Go work somewhere else. Night crew sucks.
