I just wanted to share my latest dining experience at Vallarta with you. Once again, it was absolutely amazing! Each time I visit, I am consistently blown away by the quality of the food and the service.
The service team there is incredibly accommodating (my daughter has a dairy allergy) and always fast, ensuring that I’m never left waiting for long. And the food – oh, the food! It’s always spot-on, with incredible consistency that leaves me eagerly anticipating my next meal. The atmosphere is also fantastic, creating a perfect setting to enjoy a delicious Mexican feast.
If you have been on the hunt for amazing service and mouth-watering Mexican cuisine, look no further than Vallarta. Trust me, you will thank me later!

The food is really good and drinks are phenomenal. I had Virginia drinks and I friends got margaritas. They were delicious (I tasted). The presentation is equally pleasing to eyes. People who work here are very courteous.

Great location on Elm street. We walked in without reservations, 3 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby. We were seated right away on a Friday evening. There is a happy hour menu but that’s 2-5pm.
The food was delicious and a good portion size. We had drinks, chips & guac, appetizers, and an entree. The prices were almost the same as if you’re in NYC.
Service was pretty good, our waitress was patient. She checked on our table within a decent of time after the food or drinks were delivered. The only slight bummer is they did run out of crayons for the toddler.
The music was great, as the crowd died down my 4 year old niece and I danced around.

This place has the best Birria I’ve ever had, even compared to Puerto Vallarta! The Birria quesadilla is my favorite, but my partner loved the tacos. The rice was seasoned perfectly too, which is rare at most places.
I visited three times in two weekends, and the drinks are amazing, especially the smoky pineapple. I did try the fish tacos, but I’ll stick to the traditional dishes next time. The fish was fried well but just a simple filet on a corn tortilla. Still, for the price, it was a great deal. But the Birria? That’s the star here. Highly recommend!

I had such a great time at this place! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! I really think it’s worth checking out. I ordered the molcajete, and wow, it was super filling! Definitely a spot I’d recommend!

My Husband and I have been wanting to try this resturaunt since they opened. We Yesterday about 1.5 hr after they opened. It was not busy but the waiter and waitress was great and the service was timely.
Our food was wonderful! It came out fresh and hot. We ordered a margarita flight, peach, mango, strawberry, and tamarind which all were delicious and the flight is certainly affordable!
We will be visiting again. ❤️

I want to congratulate the owner’s on this fantastic new restaurant!! It looks incredible inside and my steak street taco’s were delicious! I recommend all to come by and give these folks a try! You will not regret it!

We’ve been regular customers here and genuinely love the food — especially the birria tacos, wings, and street corn. We typically tip our servers well and have even tipped this particular server on past visits despite slower service.
Unfortunately, we’ve experienced repeated service issues with him — long wait times for drinks, having to ask multiple times for boxes and the check, and at one point needing to get up ourselves to find assistance.
On our most recent visit, after reminding him about a missing box, he responded with ‘one second’ in a dismissive tone and did not return for several minutes, which added to the frustration. After experiencing these ongoing delays, we chose not to leave a tip due to the service.
As we were leaving, the server followed us outside and questioned us about not tipping. That interaction made us feel uncomfortable and felt unprofessional.
We truly enjoy this restaurant and hope service consistency can improve because we would love to continue supporting it.

I can see why people would like the place but my experience wasn’t great. Our nachos ended up on the floor which I completely understand. But they remade them so quickly they were not good. I had two drinks that were so strong I was drunk as heck afterwards which for some might be good but it was a bit over the top for me. I think the bar might be more inviting than the dining room.
