Gondolier still has the best gyro wrap I have eaten. Their steak sandwiches great too. The restaurant itself takes away from flavor of the food because unfortunately the owner has not updated or repaired the interior in quite some time. If you want a good you’re all right go for it.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn’t been here before. The servers do get overwhelmed sometimes or when it’s busy like in any restaurant. And as the ones getting served we need to show them decency, patience, and respect for the ones bringing you your food what’s a smile on your face while or after getting yelled at by their managers, cooks, or other servers and especially by brutish and disrespectful customers. And please for the love of all food give 10% tip especially if you have a high bill, cuz if you can’t tip then you shouldn’t be going out to eat. They have to make a living to just like the rest of us

Average to below average food. My marinated chicken kebob was not marinated or a kebob! It was a plain, small grilled chicken breast, cut into wedges, displayed on the plate with grilled peppers & onions to LOOK like a kebob off the skewer. . Weird.. My broccoli was stone cold. Butter was liquid? I asked for butter…. I was given a butter flavored oil. yuck.. table was SUPER sticky, bathroom dirty with NO paper towels..

Paid like $18 for this monstrosity of a pizza. We requested a white sauce pizza with onions and black olives. Received this, contacted manger on duty and he informed us that it was rung up this way and there’s nothing he could do to remedy the error. 0/10 terrible customer service and experience.

If I could give this place at a zero, I would sit down with my family at 6:45 at 8:05 still did not have my pizza that I ordered I would recommend Little Caesars better pizza faster time and cheaper

Best chicken livers in Cleveland by far. I always get them and a small dinner Greek. The only place I like the house dressing. Very consistent place. Very nice!

Please save your money. I don’t usually do negative reviews unless it is really bad. This was really bad.
We got fries and they tasted old and completely freezer burned.
We got meatballs and they tasted like chef boyardee so I’m guessing they are prepackaged not fresh.
We ordered a half special half cheese pizza. My kids would not even eat the cheese pizza and I thought they were being difficult. I tasted it and something was really off. I didn’t make them eat it.
We opened rolled silverware and there was a huge clump of food in the fork.
The Parmesan cheese is not actually Parmesan. It is the cheapest while powder “Parmesan” on the market. Gross.
We let our waitress know about the silverware and showed her and she said yeah we have new people they don’t check the silverware before rolling it. Then she non-chalantly took it away. When we told her about the pizza and how something was wrong with it she said she’d let the kitchen know. She never offered to remake it or anything. She brought the bill and said you can talk to the register about the pizza. I politely let her know the food was bad and we’d pay for it we just won’t be back. We also tipped her 20% because I used to be a server and I know it’s not her fault.
Worst meal our family has had for a very long time. Cheap ingredients. Lack of care for food or pride of ownership in this establishment. They need a Gordon Ramsey intervention.
