!!DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A SHELLFISH ALLERGY!!
I have been told by multiple employees that since they’ve added the shrimp to their menu they have no way to avoid potential cross contamination with it ans their regular foods. This seriously sucks because they were my favorite chicken place in town, but we haven’t been able to eat there since they added shrimp to their menu.
If you’re going to add a common allergen to the menu of a place that previously didn’t have it, you should really take the appropriate precautions to keep the other food safe from contamination.

My first time eating in. Great food, service and I really enjoyed the atmosphere during a late lunch. I can recommend. Cost was only around $11 a platter for me and business assistant. Also a nice warm greeting as we entered.

the food is good, but the service at this location is lacking. I understand that fast food is tough and annoying to work in, I’ve worked fast food before, but everytime I come here there’s a new issue. the card system doesn’t work, they forgot something in my order (even though my orders are always very small), and there’s always a wait and I need to be pushed up to the curb. do they never have anything prepared? I know not everything is in the fault of the people working there, but when it’s happening every time I can’t help but fault the workers or managers, it feels like there’s no real care.

You would get 5 stars BUT apparently someone does not order enough egg rolls. I eat here 3-4 times a week and always get a fried house salad and an order of egg rolls. Tonight I try to order my usual but get told the only egg rolls available are with the zensation zalad. Do better with your ordering please!!

Came in with my family while traveling. And have to say we all enjoyed our visit at this Zaxby’s location. Food was excellent. The nice fella at the counter skippy was fast friendly and on top of things making sure my family was well taken care of Thank you!

Waiting time is crazy. Ordered a large order of fries and there was 14 French fries on the plate and when I questioned was this a large all I got was yes and she was gone. On top of that, they were not cooked fully.

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 zensation salads and an extra order of egg rolls. The cashier took our money and told us to pull up into a parking space because they were waiting on eggrolls… she said they would be done in 3 minutes. 7 minutes later an employee brought out our food. 1 of the salads included 2 french fries and no egg roll. The extra egg rolls we ordered, 1 was burnt to a crisp.
