I was just a little sad today because I ordered the Dubai matcha and it had really thick clumps of powder in it that made it very unenjoyable to drink :((( I feel like whenever I get matcha; it’s 50/50. It’s also noticeable to see too, so idk how I’d feel seeing that and serving it to someone. Its nasty lol

⚠️DO NOT GET A PECAN CRUNCH ICED CHAI LATTE!!!!!! ⚠️ So me and my friend were just in the drive thru, and we got the new chai hoping it was going to be good. We then make our way to the mall, then it hits. IMMEDIATELY we feel the sensation of our bowels moving. We immediately run to the bathroom and do our business. When I tell you that this drink made me levitate off that damn toilet, I wish I was joking. We then go on with our day not thinking too much of it because we had thought it was the food we had prior. After a little while we start driving back and we keep drinking our drinks.. then it hits us again. We need to go to the bathroom again, which is when we realize that it was the drink. I kid you not my cheeks were clenched and my seat was absolutely gripped. My friends stomach was aching, and my back gets a shocking pain. I literally almost started to have a panic attack because of the pain it put on my back and on my intestines. Throughout the car ride both me and my friend are holding it in trying to find out if we have someone that works there that might hate us and put laxatives in our drinks. We finally get home and we are both so lucky that my friends has two bathrooms or else I fear we wouldn’t have made it. I am never going to recommend this drink to someone ever. Starbucks please do better for the well being of your customers bowels. Thank you very much.

I know it’s the only Starbucks around, but I would avoid this place. It took an hour to get a hot beverage. It was busy and I was very patient, but once I saw others who were behind me getting their orders I asked about mine. I was told it was made and someone must have taken it, but I was there the whole time and no one took it, it was never made. They corrected it and said I would be the next drink and I was not. Another 20 mins passed and there was no urgency to make the drink. Very poor customer service. Too busy to care.

If you expect consistency with your visits; you will not get that here. In my photos, you can see my order ticket. What I got was gross watered down coffee on top of a splash of milk for $8+. You don’t wanna be the one holding up the line any further by asking them to remake. I try to remember the one in Dover when on 77, there’s no sign on the HWY, so it’s typically empty, and because of that, it is very fast and correct.

Went there to pickup mobile order and they were doing construction. They wouldn’t let me pick it up even though it was ready. Told me I had to go through the drive through that was wrapped around the building. I was literally in the building…just hand me my drink. They also refused to refund me. Didn’t have time to wait 20 minutes in line. They should have referenced the lobby was closed on the app.
