It’s Chili’s—always enjoyable. We got the mushroom Swiss burger and the Cajun chicken Alfredo pasta. The burger was juicy and delicious, and my girlfriend said the pasta was good. Like everywhere else, the prices have risen in recent years; it’s a shame, because Chili’s used to be stupid cheap. It’s still affordable, but I long the past. We played a little golf game for two minutes on the point-of-sale tablet that sat on the table, only to be hit with a $3 charge when it was time to pay. No warning or anything on the tablet—I’ll definitely steer clear of it next time.

Restaurant is clean, better than some locations I have visited. Our food tasted great however finding options on the menu is laborious. Scattered categories and a step above basic. The Lava Cake was horrible. I think they started microwaving the cake in 1998. The chocolate was kinda burnt runny then on the ice milk hard as rock. I got tired of trying to get through hard parts of cake and gave up. Waitress had a tendency to keep calling my husband babe. sarcastic jokes and just overly clingy. I had a hard time keeping quiet

We love coming to Chilis Slidell ! Food is always fresh and served hot. The wait staff and management (Mr. Eddie is always checking on tables to make sure things are right) are always professional, courteous and friendly! We love the 3 for me, especially the burger meal! it’s a great deal!

I dont write reciews but this one needs to be done. My grandmother called me in tears today—not because she was upset, but because she was so touched by the kindness she experienced at Chili’s.
She and my Poppop went to Chili’s for the very first time. My Poppop has dementia and needed to get up frequently to use the restroom. Their server, Georgette, went above and beyond by offering to help him, even coordinating assistance from a male kitchen staff member to make sure he was safe and cared for.
My grandmother is 92 years old and simply wanted a quiet date night out with her husband. Instead, she received compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. Georgette didn’t stop there—she also helped both of them to their car.
This was their first visit to Chili’s, but it absolutely will not be their last. Thank you, Georgette, for treating my grandparents with dignity and heart. Your kindness meant more than you’ll ever know.

For the first time in a very long time I decided to go to Chili’s after my oldest daughter sent us the burger deal from TikTok. When we walked in it was so clean and the atmosphere was so cheerful. The service superb and the food was great.

So disappointed in Chili’s, We came in for lunch a few days ago and we got skipped over by the host and they let some other Go before us because that was their friend!!!! We had to wait another 1015 minutes while they talked to their friends. And then we get seated by the bathrooms, which is fine, but there was more open tables I mean a lot. The waitress didn’t come greet us until 20 minutes later, even though there was really nobody in the restaurant. She argued with me when she brought the wrong drink And told me no, that’s what I ordered. This place is absolute trash now the manager didn’t care either when I talk to her. Disappointed is an understatement.

I took my grandson to lunch and he wanted to eat at Chili’s. He got the Cajun pasta with chicken and really enjoyed it. It was a huge plate of food and he brought some of it home. I got the mushroom burger which was fantastic. The outside of the burger had a little char and the inside was moist and juicy. I chose French fries as my side. They were fried perfectly. We had a wonderful server. She kept our glasses full without asking. She checked on us several times. She was friendly and professional.

Food was good. Server was attentive. The whole dining experience was ruined by the hostess. We were told that we would need to wait 15 minutes for a table because the kitchen was backed up. This makes no sense whatsoever. If the kitchen is backed up we can still sit and order drinks while waiting for our food.
How the evening started:
We walked in was told we needed to wait 15 minutes. There was no one else in line and plenty of empty tables. The hostess then asked for my name and cell number to put it in the system. The whole time we waited the busboy was also there just standing around when there was plenty of tables to clean. I asked if we could sit at a table while we wait and was told that we had to wait at the front. When are “time was up” she looked around the waiting room and called my name, but again we were the only ones there. I was confused by who else she was looking for in the room. I felt like I was in an episode of twilight zone and the hostess was actually an android.
Food and waitstaff were good otherwise this would have been a 1 star review.
