second time I have a complaint First time they actually fixed it. This time the guy was just non apologetic no customer service whatsoever it’s 6am and he’s not busy at all, I asked for scrambled well done eggs well I got fried he said all he heard was ” well done” and I said it twice. The bacon burnt straight thru foam and burned top next container bacon poured out soon as I removed it, couldn’t he had put a paper towel or one of those sheets for that purpose. When I called this is how he acted like nothing was wrong paid almost $30 for two plates and don’t get what I want and presentationwas so poor. For that price I should get what I asked for and when I call at least have some type of customer service skills.

The husky big kid working the register should be fired. He has the worst customer service. Even in the phone when my husband ordered. I’ve always had great service and food here. My family eats here quite often. This morning we ordered 4 meals. 4 Jesse’s James and one torta carnitas. My sandwich was full of fat so soggy even the wrapper couldn’t keep it together. All the other times I’ve eaten it, they were great! This time I brought it back in to see if I could get it replaced showing him all some of the fat. I throw some pieces away thinking a got only a few until i opened it up to dug the rest out. This kid barely listened, shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know what to tell you. I have other orders I need to get to. I can’t deal with this right now.”
To be fair there was a group of 10-15 men who just ordered. Which I was going to be understanding to come pick it up later I even suggested it. However he said yea maybe later, I don’t know.” At that point I had enough.
He gave me a fake name, and said he doesn’t know where the manager is. I’ve never been treated like this from the other workers. Everyone else is so nice and food is always good but kid (probably 19-23) should not be working in customer service. It’s not hard to apologize, and figure something out. Even for later. I’m not a difficult customer, I’ve worked the food industry fast food specifically. So I know how hard and stressful it can be. But this behavior was so unprofessional and down right disrespectful.

The food was amazing but the building is very old and worn. The food was so good and very good prices. All seating is at picnic tables. The staff were kind and friendly. The chips and salsa served before you order are fantastic! The chips come out hot! Delicious food!!

Rustic feel on sight. Inside and out. Steak and beans had a special seasoning It taste old western . Good flavor. My steak was thin but not lacking. Full of flavor and cooked tender.

The adovada torta and carne asada chimichanga were very good. Nice size portions. The salsa that came with the chips was not my favorite. If you order a water, it’s not the best either.

It’s older but a cute idea, but steak was lackluster and not a ribeye, nor cooked to medium rare. Sadly, I would not call this a steakhouse, while the staff was nice, it was just like a Fillibertos except you get chips and salsa and they have steak plates but they were a disappointment as a steakhouse but good if you’re going for Fillibertos food.

Everything we ordered had ZERO FLAVOR, Ordered Hummus, was smashed by hand with whole Garbanzo Beans still in it and no Flavor, Gyro was Dripping With Grease, after eating a few bites felt like Vomiting, Cucumber Sauce and Zero Flavor. Chips & Salsa that came with was nothing more than Tomato Sauce with Green Onions, watered down and again, Zero Flavor! What a RIP OFF! Will NEVER EVER return to this Place. Not even if we were starving.

Cowboys used to be the go to for a nearby gyro. Over the years the decline of the proportions and quality. Just descending. Today was my final straw. 20 dollars for a few fries on the side. And 4 pieces of gyro meat in total is crazy work. Absolutely diabolical definitely doesn’t taste or look worth 20 bucks for one plate. I’ve been bamboozled.

I LOVE OLD TOWN BUCKEYE. WHY? REAL FOOD. GREAT PRICES HERE. CHORIZO BURRITO GREAT SIZE FOR THE PRICE. AND THEY FRY UP THERE OWN CHIPs. Love that . Plates can be shared if your not a big eater. Great job guys. I will be back. THIS AINT AN UP SCALE ELEGANT PLACE. BUT MY FOOD WAS GREAT. NICE for KEEPING 70s FEEL AND HISTORY OF BUCKEYE. If you care for fancy places this ain’t the place for you. Like i said This place is 70s Rustic country/Mexican.
