Server was nice. Restaurant was clean. Food for the other people in our group was great. Mine, not so much. Ordered a skillet that comes with green pepper and onion in it, I asked for no green peppers. My skillet came with no green peppers, but so many onions I spent all my time picking them out. Everyone else was nearly done eating before I got a chance to take a decent bite of mine. Very disappointing. Pictures show all the onions that were picked out.

Wonderful restaurant! I was very impressed. Usually when I go into a restaurant and sit down, there are at least one or two sticky or greasy spots on the table even though it was wiped off. The table I sat down at was spotless and immaculate. The whole place was very clean. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. TRUCKERS— There is plenty of room for you to park and get a hot meal. Also, there is a fuel island for trucks. To the owner: Thank you very much for thinking about we truckers and giving us space to park! On the other side of the building, there are fuel pumps for cars as well. Inside has a convenience store.

We came here with a very large crowd with half of them being children. They worked very quick to get everyone’s food out in a timely manner. They were accommodating to all the requests. Our waiter was super nice and the food was absolutely delicious.

As anyone who knows me well knows, I like good food. Some people say I’m picky. Maybe I am. But I’m pleased to say this place passed the “test”. I’ve come to realize you really can’t accurately judge a restaurant by how it looks on the outside. I was recently at a joint that looked a bit shabby on the outside, and the food really fit the place. It wasn’t great, in case you’re wondering. This place, on the other hand, was actually quite nice inside. Not extravagant, but the atmosphere is simple, comfortable, cozy. The waiters were all friendly and accommodating. And the food was excellent. Now, I’ve been to some very high end restaurants, and I know what gourmet food is. Friendship House is not a high end gourmet place. However, anyone looking for a good hot meal, friendly service, and average prices, should not be disappointed. I invite you to see for yourself!

The menu variety, generous portions, always great service, competitive prices, EXCELLENT staff on their toes, cleanliness, no waiting to be seated (typically) and relaxed vibe all pull me to this place like once a week, at least. I don’t recall ever being dissatisfied with any food or thing there. I enjoy the Chef’s salad and combo sampler (better be hungry!)

I am not sure on how to rate the atmosphere.Because if you’re looking for like a sports bar atmosphere, absolutely not.If you’re looking for all kinds of things on the wall hanging down, you will not find that at all. It is, however, a clean, well maintained restaurant.
We go here several times a month.And I always have to tell the waitress to tell the cooks how good the food looks and tastes.

The staff is really friendly and the old restaurant environment is welcoming with counter top seating. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t that great and the adjacent gas station for which the restrooms are in were completely disgusting. To the point that my 5 year old had to be held up by me just to use the urinal because every stall was destroyed. I mean this was the worse bathroom I have ever scene and I worked on ships with people that had various levels of hygiene opinions. If I wasn’t there with a large group I would’ve left because a restaurant needs to be cleanly, but also have to perform proper hygiene for everyone’s safety. I dont see how that’s possible with that environment. Feel bad for the staff that need to use them.
