I have been coming here quite often and usually get the same thing. One thing I will say is that they are relatively fast to get the food out, but unfortunately every time I order something, it’s always wrong. I normally order two sausage egg muffins extra breakfast sauce and they give me none. The muffins were so hard the other day, my gums were hurting after eating them. I had just ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and a sausage egg and cheese muffin, add extra breakfast sauce to the sausage egg and cheese muffin, they gave me very little sauce and somehow managed to flip the eggs on the sandwiches to the other (griddle had the sausage egg and cheese muffin egg and vice versa)?? And the egg had shells in it. I understand wanting to be fast at customer service, but if you can’t read what the orders are, that’s something that definitely needs to be worked on.

I am ranking this McDonald’s location below average. It obviously has nothing to do with the staff nor the quality of the food, all which are totally fine. Especially the staff. I don’t go to this location often, but I ordered through my app for breakfast. Automatically off the bat as I ordered a coffee, complete fan of the Mocha ll and noticed that anything (including sugar was an added charge) for me to add 3 sugars it was a $1.00 total! And then another $1.00 for me to add two pumps of caramel. The coffee was over $6.00 by with just those 2 extras in there. I am okay with being charged extra, but the sugar was ridiculous! I literally can buy Starbucks and pay less than I did with this Mocha coffee. I mentioned this to the cashier after pulling up to the cash window, where not only was I welcomed by the employee, but this huge camera to the right off him starring directly in front of God and everybody including myself when I went to collect my receipt.
I totally understand that security cameras are important and for the safety of the customer but I felt very uncomfortable b/c this camera did NOTHING but focus on me. When I spoke to the wonderful cashier I simply asked him about the coffee extras and how outrageously expensive my coffee was, he apologized, but explained to me that the former franchise owner sold and there was a new franchise owner and that was their policies. I wouldn’t recommend getting your coffee from there at all. I am also not certain how the lunch and dinner extras go, but if you want to be nickled and dimmed to death this is the place for you.!

Please keep up the good work. The food came out hot and fresh at almost 9PM, I can’t remember the last time I had hot fast food. Service was quick and friendly.

Food is consistently cold. After about the 1,0000th time of it happening (because it’s fast food and cold food isn’t that serious), I asked if my food could be remade. I was yelled at and given a refund instead. Bizarre interaction. Staff seems unhinged. Foods cold. 0/10

Order 2 double cheeseburgers and they were over cooked and were not to what I ordered. The fries were so salty I could barely eat them. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this McDonald’s

they mainly got everything right but the way they bagged it wasn’t the most efficient it was very sloppy and messy, the fry box was completely torn apart and the color of the box was seeping onto the fries , the fries were soggy and turning red. the drinks were semi flat and watered down. wouldn’t recommend

Normally I go inside or go in the drive through for this location however I had chosen curbside. I had sat in my truck and waited for 20 minutes, when I got inside I was ignored and after 5 more minutes I decided to go back out to my truck and my food was ready but it was ice cold when I got it.

Great value for your money, $1 McChicken sandwiches. 20 piece nuggets for $5. Very clean and modern. Has the “Go Green” look. Didn’t know any better, came in through the Mobil gas station.

I always appreciate the excellent customer service I receive at this place. I typically use the drive-thru, and I’m fortunate to see Nora there in the mornings. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my experience is positive. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency truly make my day better. She’s definitely one of the best employees I’ve encountered!. Everything went smooth definitely will be back. Food and meat always fresh and well prepared.
