Me and my boyfriend came to dinner here and absolutely loved it! We started with the kachumber salad and a mango lassi and both were delicious. The kachumber salad was super fresh, with diced cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and cilantro, and a tangy sauce. I could have eaten several orders of this alone, it was super yummy! The mango lassi was a yogurt based drink with great flavor and a smooth texture.

For our entrees, I ordered the mint chicken kebab, which came with some broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, as well as a side of tikka masala sauce. It was delicious and had a great smoky flavor! My boyfriend ordered the chicken tikka masala which was both of our personal favorites – super creamy with great spices and it pairs perfectly with some naan and rice! Lastly, we ordered some garlic naan with our meal and it was phenomenal – I could eat that for my meal alone!

All in all, we loved our experience at Mint and would recommend highly! We look forward to coming back and dining again soon 🙂

Was a really busy night so it was a bit loud but not too bad. Food was delicious as usual–Chicken Tikka Masala at spice level 3–plus really good garlic naan. Overall a really nice experience with wonderful Indian food.

We will be back! It’s a drive for us but well worth it! Everything was fresh and very flavorful. We tried many dishes and we loved all of them. The chili paneer was amazing and the bread basket was worth the trip.

I went with my friends on Christmas Eve, and it was very crowded. We waited about 45–50 minutes to be seated. I ordered the lamb korma, but it wasn’t that good. I eat a lot of Indian food, and this dish felt lacking in spices. Since it was Christmas Eve and extremely busy, I wouldn’t fully judge the food quality. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad, just not what I was expecting.

The food here was pretty good but not great (I regularly eat at Indian restaurants while traveling and at home). The tandoori meat platter app was, for example, sort of dry and just okay but the shrimp korma was really nice. I’ve never been to an Indian place that serves up the volume of food that this place does. So, if quantity is important to you, this is the place! The service was excellent. The restaurant interior (it’s in a mall) was ordinary and pretty loud. But I liked it overall and would go back.

Mint is hands down one of my absolute favorite restaurants — ever! Every time we visit Boone from Wilmington, this is our very first stop, no questions asked. The food is unbelievably flavorful, fresh, and perfectly spiced. Every dish feels like it’s made with so much care and love.

The staff is just as wonderful as the food — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re craving classic Indian comfort dishes or something new and exciting, Mint never disappoints.

If you’re in Boone, do yourself a favor and make this your go-to spot. It’s a true gem!!!!!

an incredible gem! service was both professional and fast, the food came out very quickly! you could tell the naan was super fresh and the coconut chicken was smooth and wonderfully spiced and the chicken was tender. the rice pudding was a good sharing size and a light and not-too-sweet way to end the meal.

Called ahead to set a reservation for a Saturday evening, and was told it’s first come first serve. Great! Arrived around 645pm, was told the wait is 10 minutes. The wait ended up being 45 minutes. Which was disappointing. I saw a party after us that was seated.
The service was quick, food was good, clean environment, including the bathrooms. Prices were fair. It was a tad cold for a not so hot summer day. Otherwise would visit again.

The absolute GOAT of restraunts in all of Boone.

Idk if I am just an uncultured American, but I have had Indian all over, and nothing stacks up to this place.

Service so prompt, I challenge you to finish your water or soda before they refill it! Their polite, well-dressed, and professional demeanor is rare in American hospitality these days.

The art, music, and high ceilings make you feel classy as you cover yourself from head to toe in their delicious buttery tomato sauces.

Get everything once, then go back for the classics, because they absolutely nail them. I swear, I’ve had it all- and they have me(a typically adventurous eater) returning to the Tikka Masala all the time. It is just that awesome.

My fiancé and I go here all the time, and their staff and cuisine always warm our very souls!

This was my first visit to Mint. My son lives in Boone & it’s one of his favorites. Before I begin, I want to talk about their hospitality—Aman the manager & Nitin who also manages with him went over and above to make our dining experience exceptional. The supporting staff & absolutely everyone from the people who bus the tables and those that bring the food out—all have pleasant attitudes. They want you to be happy! As a foodie—I notice the smallest details. They also made me a very refreshing lime soda.

Months ago, our son had his birthday in the private room (pictured in my review) with all of his friends. He loved the experience!
My suggestion is to order a variety of appetizers and share the big portions of entrees. You will want to taste everything. Myself, I can’t do anything too hot—I did the tandoori chicken with the most mild sauce. We ordered two garlic naan. My son went with lamb Korma. My husband ordered the lamb Rogen Josh. We also tried a soup with seafood & the Gobi Manchurian-a fried cauliflower with savory spices. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh.
We were also impressed with the ambience of the restaurant.
Be prepared to take home extra food. I appreciate their eco-friendly, sustainable packaging.

I wish I could give this restaurant & its people more than five stars!

Happy Eating
