Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I dropped the fries on to a plate and a roach came out of the bag. The Manager was very unprofessional, she did not want to come out because she was afraid of the roach. I told her I already killed it and it’s in a napkin. She came out and said “I never seen them do this” while talking to another worker. She asked me if I wanted my food to be remade and I told her no I want a refund. Needless to say I am allergic to roaches, this is disgusting.

I had the absolute best experience at Whataburger tonight thanks to Tara! It was 3 in the morning, and she was still delivering top-tier customer service with a smile. She was amazingly funny, super friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable.. which is rare at that hour! Our food was completely correct, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it.
Anyone who can give that level of service at 3 am deserves a raise and a promotion ASAP. I’ll honestly come back just to see her. Tara made our night and Whataburger is lucky to have her! I tried to get her to work with me and she politely declined saying she can’t go anywhere else and that “Whataburger is her family and home”
Idk where else you could find someone else like that but yall better treat her right lol

Horrible, they pulled me up for 15-20 min with no communication on what was taking so long. They could’ve communicated what was taking my order so long or gave a complimentary item for the amount of time. I hope they didn’t bump my order off and get credit for a sale time that wasn’t true.

I absolutely love this whataburgers close by to our home and the food is always hot when we get it through drive-thru the only down is there’s always somebody at the drive-thru asking for money and indoors is also good it’s not great I think it could be a lot better but the drive-thru service is just outstanding

Worst service! This was my second remake! The first was not made right and now the patty was not ready. When i called to make a complaint a worker named sandra was terribly rude and hung up on me while i was talking. Not to mention they made our burgers oily and sloppy i mean bread all soggy and everything This was no way to handle things.
