I genuinely hate how I always have to come on her and complain about somee that is so easyto not forget… how do I order a Sausage Egg McMuffin® Meal with no egg and get egg but with no sausage??!! You guys really need to do better with your doordash orders cause this is literally always a recurring thing, now I have to complainand wait for the DoorDash customer-service to just give me credits instead…start caring so I can stop wasting my money on people who obvi dont care about theyre job

Ordered through the drive thru cause I had to get back to work. I ordered large fries with my #6, and I got shorted on my fries. Prices have gone up tremendously, so I pulled over and walked in to get the serving corrected. The person who greeted me appeared annoyed that I was complaining but she went and rectified the problem. She said something to the employee who was on fries who then turned to look at me. The first employee returned with an appropriately filled container of fries. I thanked her for rectifying the issue. The fries were hot and delicious

Tonight the coffee was cold and old . Watered down , usually it’s strong. It was bearly warm too . They don’t have packets to add your own sugar or cream so what ya order ya get . If too little sugar oh well . Drive thru is kinda slow too . Customers service was good . They were nice and polite at least .
