Came here for dinner with a group of 7 with 2 littles, an empty restaurant. Was seated than waited 20 minutes for waiter to come back and take drink order. Took 10 minutes for drinks to come. Waiter left and took another 15 minutes to come back to order food. Ordered food and waited for over 45 minutes for our food to come with the exception of one of our group members pancakes didn’t come out for another 30 minutes after the additional 45 minutes it took for the food to come in general, mind you restaurant was still empty. The food was cold for everyone. Service was slow. The manager who seated us was very rude and was trying to make everything go quickly. We started the restaurant experience off bad and ended it bad as well. Poor service. Callie The waitress was super amazing and kind.

We got seated with in 1 minute. Then we sat for 20 minutes waiting for any service of any kind. Two young college men were seated 5 minutes after we were, and offer water as they sat down. Others were offered water and drinks when the waitress showed up 10-15 minutes after we arrived, serving food to a table that had been waiting before us. Then she went over to the young men’s table and got there order. The Host or the waitress ask or said anything to us. My wife and I got up and walked out. As we were driving away my wife says, “well all the employees are standing by there cars behind the employee entrance. It’s sad to see what your restaurant has turned into, used to be a good place to eat. This happened on Friday 17 of October at around 7:30pm.

My daughter and I waited over an hour for our food. Waitress kept apologizing for the kitchen when she would come to our table. She finally brought the strawberry crispers which were missing the powered sugar she said food would be out in a min. Waited another 15 mins and when I had to ask about our food coming because 2 tables that ordered after us got their food another waitress checked and said she was bringing it out and our meal would be compensated. My food came out but not my daughters. I then looked at the comped receipt and her meal was not even on it. So it was also on the waitress for not placing the order. If you forgot be honest about it. NOT IMPRESSED BY THE SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Not busy took way to long to receive are breakfast 1 hour 10 minutes. The waitress brought are drinks took the order never seen one tell the food showed up never came back to see how we was doing. My wife went up to get the bill, no tip!

The Server was very busy, so we waited quite a while for water and menus. However, the Server put a rush on our order. We received our entrees hot and in record time!

Visited 9/08/23. I wish I had taken a picture of my dish. Their Bacon, Spinach, and Tomato eggs Benedict was so yummy, and I’d love to return soon to have it again. It satisfied my craving for eggs Benedict, even if they used bacon instead of Canadian bacon. It had a good amount of hollandaise sauce. I love that it came with both hashbrowns and fruit. Unfortunately, I did find a hair in my fruit, so I’d hope a second look over dishes before sending them out will be considered in the future. I’d return again. Kind and attentive service from our waitress.

I haven’t been to Perkins in forever. The food was perfect. Tia gave us great, fast service. I forgot to order breakfast potatoes with my meal. I told her after I had already got my meal and asked her how long it would take to make. She left and in 2 minutes came back with potatoes. My daughter and I were very pleased with everything. Sorry we dug into the food before I got a pic

I was feeling fine when I got there. After 15 minutes, my eyes started itching. I went in the bathroom and washed them and came back to my table and my friends says, boy your eyes are bloodshot. I finished my meal quickly and went out to the car and as soon as I got outside, I could notice a difference. Idk what was in the air in your restaurant but I probably won’t visit there again anytime soon.

Perkins is a top tier, highly recommended establishment for indulging in the atmosphere of the decaying Midwest. Come by at any time to experience the ambience of a 24 hour diner that isn’t actually 24 hours 🙂 Your server will move as quickly as possible to ensure that your drinks are ordered in no more than 20 minutes upon your arrival.
