I just discovered this place recently and so far I’ve really enjoyed it… The managers special with half a sandwich and salad bar is a great value… My only complaint is how some customers come through and handle the items on the salad bar … It would be nice to have someone monitor it… But so far I love the food and will keep returning. I definitely recommend giving this location a try.

Ordered a large Ham and Salami Muffaletta and two bags of chips. I received what seemed to be a three-day-old olive sandwich. The meat and cheese were non-existent and the bread was so stale and dry it tore my mouth up. I received only ONE bag of chips and NO pickles all for 30 bucks! Was the order just too difficult for you to handle?!

This Jason Deli evening crew is amazing, they always do a great job every once in a while they forget to pack an item. They always fix it though, the manager Logan does a great job always says hello, and takes care of our order !!! Alec has been our go to person since we moved to tyler he needs a raise very polite and accommodating!!! Johnthan a great kid hard working, and always takes care of our needs. These 3 guys all needs raises, and do an amazing job on customer service!!! Would not go anywhere else !!! 10 out of 10 for service.

We got take out for 2 familes and when we got our food it was ALL correct. The salads where big and me and my MIL couldn’t finish them. The grilled chicken in my salad wasn’t dry which is surprising. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food for a change. It’s not often now a days that orders get right and the food is good.

I had the salad bar. The honey mustard dressing was HORRIBLE!! The pasta salad had a rank taste. Not a good experience for my 1st time eating there.

Worst Reuben I’ve had here. Almost no Sauerkraut, they screwed up our order, and manager did nothing to make it right. Oh, btw, have you seen the prices? We paid $40 for a Reuben, salad bar, and two drinks!!!

The salad bar is always my go to. We were visiting Tyler and hadn’t eaten at a Jason’s Deli since we lived in San Antonio. The food was great as we’re the employees.
