This is the worst mcdonalds ive been to by far, we sat in line for a solid 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer anyone in line and no one did so we decided to go inside and the lady at the front just shoved food into her backpack and then put on her jacket and backpack and just left with her headset and everything. We never got any food so we just walked right out. Never go there!

Typical fast food though it is rarely fast.
More often than not you have to wait. The workers are generally great, they is just never enough of them. It’s no longer economical either as I get a burger, fries and a beer if happy hour at my local pub for the price of most McDonalds burger combo meals.

We travel all over the US and find ourselves at McD’s quite a bit since my son loves it. I would say that this is one of the nicest and cleanest McD’s we have ever been to. Staff was friendly. Dining area was clean, bathrooms were even clean. Well done.

So i used the McDonald’s app to order mcnuggets in a deal alongside fries and a mcdouble.
The positives – the mcdouble was nicely done and adjusted according to my order request as well as the fries came hot and piping. While I can nit pick how deal fries vs actual fries vary across branches but I always end up regretting ordering a bigger size when my hunger is past. The nuggets were quite dry which afterwards I pointed to the staff who asked if I wanted a new order but I was way beyond full and just told them so that subsequent buyers can get a better product. Plus I didn’t want them to discard the nuggets as food waste, which we can all do less of.

Bad service. Bad attitudes. Staff and manager were rude and disrespectful to other customers with a lobby full of customers. Staff was mocking and laughing. Sunday 8/13/23 2:00pm pink hair employee laughed in customers face because they missed their transportation home due to waiting 40 minutes for staff to correct their order. Makes me sad for the Rockland area. The service used to be immaculate. One staff member said to a customer, “I’m clocked out, don’t talk to me.” Baffling.

Stopped in 6/24/25 ONE YEAR LATER: still garbage. Ordered two large ice coffees with cream and sugar and received what looks to be two colas. Thank you Rockland, McDonalds, after years of disappointment you’re still disappointing.

They advertise being open till 11. We pull into the drive through at 10:53 and to no response on the speaker and sit there till they shut the lights off at 11. The employees only excuse was they closed at eleven, nothing to say about no one answering the drive through. The manager seemed to have little concern for the situation or doing anything at all to ensure the situation didn’t happen again.

Never thought I’d be leaving a review for a McDonalds but seriously save yourself some time and skip this one. I found myself working in the area this summer and occasionally would swing through the drive thru for a large Diet Coke for the ride home. Each time I go I hope it’ll be better than the last but it’s consistently awful. They have a double drive thru that needs to have one lane closed. They only have one person taking orders so it’s not faster and they take orders out of order of who got their first. Would think they’d alternate sides but they don’t. This has happened every time I’ve gone both to cars in front of me and to myself. Then the wait is just insane for fast food. They only have one window open. Tonight I was paying Apple Pay and it wasn’t doing anything and the kid at the window acted annoyed and asked if I had it on the right screen to which I responded ‘do you?’ He did not. Think this was my 3-4 time this summer. I’ve had enough and will stop at a gas station for a Diet Coke. Ridiculous.

The other day I went in and it took them three tries to make me a quarter pounder with only lettuce tomato onion and pickle. No sauce, no cheese. How difficult is that? Today, my husband goes in to get us lunch, I open up my burger when he arrives with it, and I find this hair on top of it. Seriously, how hard is it to make burgers, and follow health code. This is not a good place to eat. They need new management, they need new staff, from the top to the bottom.
