WHAT HAS MADE SPRING CREEK A FAVORITE DINING DESTINATION SINCE 1980? First and foremost are our delicious barbeque specialties – ribs, brisket, chicken, sausage, pulled pork, ham and turkey. With pits fired up daily at all of our locations, we get up early to hickory-smoke all of your favorites, and our ribs are then chargrilled for extra flavor. We feature a homemade BBQ sauce, made from our own secret recipe, fries and okra cooked to order, fresh salads with homemade dressings, giant loaded baked potatoes and the best home-baked bread you’ll ever taste. Good, reliable barbecue. I particularly enjoy the ribs, which were tender andd juicy. Also, amazing fresh, hot rolls. Typical vegetable selection, including the requisite canned green beans. Skip them and opt for another option.

I loved this location! We are at a winter guard competition taking a lunch break and my friends and I decided to come here and it was a great choice. The food was great, and the bread was a nice compliment. Also, when my friend asked for no bread and said she was celiac the man serving her actually cut her food on a whole new cutting board and with a new knife. This was very nice and she very much appreciated it!!

Had a fantastic experience yesterday at SC-BBQ! The meats are all amazing, good smoke, not dry. Perfection! Sides are good. The fresh bread the bring around is fantastic, like time travel back to the way home bbq used to be. Finished it with excellent peach cobbler and Blue Bell vanilla. Shout out to Ava, and the whole team who were so kind as I was trying to take care of my parents. This place is more than the Texas Bbq mythos. It aspires to be the big hearted Texas we aspire to, and also the Texas family reunion. I wish I could give 6 stars!

The staff was amazing, the young female manager was very helpful, had a wonderful attitude and excellent people skills, the girls that brought rolls and ice cream around were the best.
Food was excellent.
The staff made sure that all the members of the party were well taken care of..
It was a busy day and the line went quickly and the staff handled everything exceptional.

We haven’t really had the chance to dine in, we typically come here for take out. Staff is always super friendly and courteous. Their peach cobbler here is great.

So we could see what we were getting instead of having to go over to the to-go desk to order it, they pulitely ask us to go to the to go desk. But we said we wanted to stay there while they fixed it. And they declined by saying you have to go over there. Well, we wanted to see what we were getting before. We paid the money we didn’t get much. Here’s the after picture. The explanation was they weigh everything.

We had my son’s first birthday party on a Sunday. Usually they don’t reserve on Sundays because it’s their busiest, which is understandable. Yet they tended to us as if we had reserved that day.The staff made us feel welcomed and catered to us 100%. Friendly staff! I recommend this location.

Consistently great BBQ with awesome service! Spring Creek BBQ never disappoints, and this Firewheel location is no exception. Right off the PGBT and NB 78, it’s super easy to get to—perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner.
There was a tiny hiccup when our famous warm rolls took a little longer to arrive, but the staff more than made up for it by bringing out extras (and let’s be honest, you can never have too many of those buttery, melt-in-your-mouth rolls!). That’s the kind of service that keeps us coming back.
The food was, as always, delicious—tender brisket, smoky ribs, and all the classic sides done right. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
