She was working completely by herself for hours, handling every order, every customer, and every task without a single complaint. Stopped here on our way back home from a weekend in Savannah on 9/14/2025. Went through the drive-thru and the young lady said it will be a wait for the grill. We ordered a pick 5 with 2 cheese Krystal, apple turnover, small fry, and small sweet tea, and a number with cheese no pickle. The receipt said 12:44 when I paid. I was asked to pull to the side. After about 10 minutes I went inside to get mayonnaise and ketchup packets for my wife. There I saw 2 young looking workers and nothing on the grill. Then from the back comes the grill worker, I’m not sure if she had cleaned the grill and had to fire them back up. She started 48 Krystal burgers. There was customers complaining about how long they had been waiting, and they wanted their money back. Then I think around 1:17 I received my food. I must say it was fresh, fries hot, and was good. My Wife’s pick 5 did not have any pickle, but food was good. I would suggest to talk the staff that was there, I think it would have made it better if they would have kept communicating with the customers, like saying something like 5 more minutes, tell a joke, thank for their understanding, and or updating on why there was a delay I think more people would have been more understanding. The 3 young lady staff handled the rush, got all the orders out while I was there. Just put a little more pep in your step when you see you have a dining room full of customers. I would return, but not if they say it’s going to be a wait on the grill lol. I only took 1 pic because I was so hungry by the time I got my food lol.

Krystal is proof that good things come in small packages. The sliders are tiny but mighty, the fries are addictive, and it’s the kind of place you go when you want comfort food without thinking too hard. Classic fast-food satisfaction. The staff was wonderful!

Absolutely awful experience. Microphone didn’t work so had to pull forward to window to order, should’ve taken as a sign and drove off. After ordering waited 25 minutes for completely incorrect order. Had to go inside and get remade. I legit just wasted an hour of my life for “fast food”
*also check your receipts because both of my drinks were upsized without me requesting that. Doesn’t seem like much but .79 cent to each order adds up. Not good business and won’t be back.

I was one of two people there. My sackful of burgers were taken off a tray of about 3 dozen that were premade. The service was lousy. Oh, look at the pictures I posted…the ceiling was leaking everywhere and there were tiles missing on the wall. This place is shameful. Don’t even waste your time. Just nasty.

We went through the drive thru as they were short staffed and had the doors locked. I completely understand that they were trying to keep the business open. The order came out wrong and incomplete so we had to go back around. Second chance still produced a wrong order. We just took what we got and ate it as the line was getting long again. This was our first time visiting Krystal and the location was fairly busy during its lunch hour. Everyone seemed to be making the effort to work as a team considering there were only 3 team members. Beatrice was very friendly, courteous and was willing to explain the menu. She managed to complete orders for the lobby as well as prepare and bag the food for the drive thru. She remained calm, professional and kind. Kudos to her! The inside of the restaurant was clean and stocked. The bathroom is in need of a serious upgrade. Our food was fresh, hot and tasty.
