Stay away from this pizza place. The owner thinks it’s ok to not provide an accurate order then have the audacity to ask you to come to the restaurant and pick up a corrected order after already paying DoorDash delivery fees. Only offering a discount for items that were inaccurate and will NOT be eaten. A full refund for services promised but not delivered is the only fix here. Then when speaking to an employee over the phone and letting them know that it is wrong to steal money from people like this I was hung up on. I ordered from the website itself which then directed me to DoorDash. I called DoorDash for support and then they also requested a refund from the store. Which DoorDash also stated they were not responsive. Spent almost $80 and this order was not eaten with the exception of a few pizza slices with were not good. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

We ordered takeout pizza twice already. The pizzas were delicious. Authentic and you can tell that they use high quality ingredients. We love the cheese, sauce, and the toppings like sausages, pepperoni and beef. The crust is so good, we ate every bit of the crust. Normally, we leave the crusts from other pizza stores uneaten. We always order the largest size which gives you the best value. Plus, we love to heat up the leftovers for another meal.
Definitely will order again.

I’ve had Good Fella Pizza before and it was good, but this recent order was extremely disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the bread was soggy with poorly melted cheese, and the marinara sauce was bland. For the price, the quality and presentation were unacceptable.
Consistency is everything in the food business, and unfortunately this experience has me reconsidering ever ordering again.

I’ve been going here about 4 years on and off. They change out cashier every 2 months. The lightskin girl with green eyes is very uninviting. Her energy is off. She always on her phone and just stares at you until you order. She does not welcome you in. Food is always good though and hot. Service needs work.

This place is false advertisement. I paid 60.00 for wings pizza and Alfredo. The chicken Alfredo was plain and did not have any Alfredo sauce on it. Looked nothing like the picture. It was horrible. The wings did not look like the picture. No sauce just regular fried chicken. He poured grease on the wings. I had to ask for wing sauce and and Alfredo sauce. Fries were cold and burnt. It was horrible I want my money back.

Worst pizza I’ve ever ordered. Hands down. Little Caesar’s would have been better than this. I don’t even think I could get a homeless person to take a slice of this. Terrible staff & atmosphere and I would not be returning to this location. I’ve always enjoyed GoodFellas, but this experience has even caused me to fear returning to any location. I think I might take my chances with places like Night Owl, so I know it won’t turn out like this sorry excuse of a pizza.

Down in ATL from STL and MAN. Blown away. It was delicious. Did delivery and mozz sticks were still able to get that nice cheese pull. The pizza its self was top notch. Great crust layered perfectly with sauce, cheese and toppings. Full texture and flavor in each bite.
Its pizza, sure, but when your from an area that is also big on pizza, it’s nice to find a spot that makes a good slice.
Now….throw some Provel on there and Woooooo. You’re golden. Im going to tell the folks at The Hill back home about this place.

Me and my family had a horrible experience. To start, the pizza was totally undercooked and the cheese slide off every single time my family tried to eat it. The fries tasted old, and they were way too salty and hard. Even the wings were dry and the cheese tasted like a microwaveable dinner. The bathrooms were questionable, some doors didn’t lock, and it was dark and had a strange smell. My daughter didn’t even feel comfortable having her baby in there. Not to mention they don’t have water or any other diet options like Diet Coke.. which is not a big deal but it sucks for someone who doesn’t drink soda. We were hoping for a good pizza experience but were met with disappointment and an upset stomach. At one point, we even thought of just throwing it away, but we were starving after exploring the city. Horrible experience, would NOT recommend for anyone! unless you want to feel like your a rat eating out of the trash after a rainy day!

my boyfriend and i have ate here a few times and the foods always really good ! we live about 40 mins from this location so we enjoy the ride here to get food . but last night june 18-19 (am) we went and order about $70 worth of food and only received $35 worth of it ! no big deal we call this morning just for the guy to us that nobody left a ticket about what happened last night so there is nothing he can do about us missing this amount of food ! mind you i am pregnant ! imagine the disappointment i felt once i got home thinking i was going to eat good ! and my food isn’t in the bag ! out of everything on the receipt these where the only 3 items we received . and being told it’s nothing they A
