Great specials! Had the steak bagel and my friend had the red velvet pancake special. The mimosas are good and strong! I got the chorizo breakfast skillet special last time and it was very good. Busy and popular place.

Every now and again you find a Gem, and this is one of them. Truly a delicious space with their food elevated up a couple levels from the Normal breakfast spots. The service is efficient and friendly. Our server took extra time to explain menu offerings and made a most delicious latte. The food came right on time as it was not too quick and certainly was not long. Overall cleanliness is decent. We will be back. Special kudos to our server who is brilliant and nice and went above and beyond.

Fort Jesse is always a must when visiting back home. The staff is always so kind. We’ve had Jordan the last few times we’ve been in and he’s been wonderful. The food is fantastic and always come quickly. They have great coffee, and even better now that they have an espresso bar. My latte was amazing! Highly recommend!

In town from Peoria and found this place from a Google search for breakfast. Menu looked good and got good reviews so we gave it a try. Good choice! Quite busy on a Saturday brunch and was told approximately 20 minute wait for a table of 2. We chose the bar for immediate seating. The two baristas working were friendly and true professionals of their craft. One was kind enough to explain some menu items to us newcomers during a busy rush service. We chose the Chorizo burrito and traditional biscuits and gravy. My girlfriend asked for her hash browns well done, and said they’re the first restaurant in a long time to get it right. We’ll definitely be back!

They are nailing it here, in all aspects. The staff are some of the kindest and hardest working people around. Shout out to Katie, who takes care of folks like family. A real treasure for this restaurant. The food is amazing with almost absurd portions, the classics and many unique menu items. I’ve had several items, but the Chorizo Burrito…*chef’s kiss*. Not sure if they are always there, but cinnamon rolls are bomb. House made hot sauce and Gluten free options. 11/10

Stopped by here on my way down from Chicago for brunch. I got the chicken and waffles benedict and matcha latte.
It gets really busy and I sat at the bar. Food came out quick after placing an order.

– The waffles were soft on the inside but had a good crispy texture. The chicken was a little salty for me but flavour was decent. The hollandaise sauce wasn’t too bad either. I opted for the fruits instead of the home fries so I might have to stop by again and try that next time

The atmosphere was homey. The service was great! The food was amazing! I appreciate that they have hot tea on the menu! Everything tasted fresh and was presented nicely. I would definitely come back if ever in the area!
