workers either need better training, glasses, hearing aids or assistants to do their jobs ordered a large combo received a medium Coke zero which is the soda I wanted but tasted flat and a small tater tot the only thing correct was my burger.

Every time I go here after work, I always order a bunch of random items, and the guy who takes my order always turns it into a meal and saves me money. He’s a straight-up legend. Absolutely mastered customer service. I normally get the bacon cheese burger, and whoever makes the burger always makes it perfectly. I mean, nothing is overwhelming or badly portioned. It’s perfectly balanced. Even got a free ice cream because a fresh patty was being made this time. Really great crew!

I never have issues here but today the crew seemed really off their game and I hope it improves. I’m sensing some drama and as a customer idc I just want my food I almost feel bad saying something cuz management everywhere I work sees these as bad comments. Maybe y’all have some empathy for your fellow coworkers and help as best you can but something is definitely off at this location at the moment.

Horrid visit. There was a technical issue with the kiosk that added a good 10 minutes to the time I spent waiting. Then there were several issues with our order.
The worst was my wife’s Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It looked smashed, was missing tomatoes, and the lettuce was grossly wilted. I’ve included a picture. The fries were completely cold and the oil on them tasted like it was close to going rancid. We requested ketchup for our fries and corn dog but that was missing. We had requested a hamburger for my kid’s meal but it was swapped with a grilled cheese.
Just overall lots of stuff wrong with our visit. Disappointed we spent $20 here. 1 star of 5.

Sunday 2/13/22 around 3:30pm/ 4pm, Garden City Sonic, Horrible. Rude people, (my bad luck, I had 3 rude people I had to deal with) when I placed my order over the speaker the guy kept saying “is that all” after each item we ordered, (we had an order for 4 people) when I specified the sauces I needed, of course they didn’t even get them all into the bag. I had to end up having to repush the button again, because they forgot one of the meals, along with the bbq sauce that went with it. Plus the marinara sauce that went with one of the other items I ordered. And of course…I was given attitude when I had to let them know what they had forgotten. And last my bread on my chicken sandwich was burned (see picture). I will not be going to that Sonic for awhile.

Minimum of a 25 minute wait. Food is smashed into wrappers. Outside of wrappers covered in slime from whatever the person making it has all over their gloves.
And when I pulled up to the speaker, in the drive through, no one said anything to me through the speaker. I had to yell “hello?” To get them to even say anything at all to me.
