I was so excited to have el pollo loco, I did an online order, but first they missed the drink and there no solution for that it’s been paid but not delivered, I called them to see if they can send it, and the lady said, you can come and pick it up yourself, but I don’t live here I’m just passing through, I ask for a refund and she said “oh we can’t do that” so there’s nos solution, second the rice taste horrible, I remember it used to be homemade rice, but this is the one minute rice did not like it at all, third food was not even warm. Really disappointed. Fourth the chicken does not taste fresh and tasty and the tortillas were rally cold, guess I won’t be buying in this location again, and if you don’t want to waste your money better to not order drinks here.

This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. We showed up and were forced to wait just to place our order, only to be stopped before the window as if employees were intentionally timing food production. When we tried to move forward, an employee even reached out of the window to physically stop us — completely unprofessional behavior.

We ordered two quesadilla meals and were charged for three. On top of that, our order was missing sauce and guac. When we pulled into a spot to check the bag, we realized half the order wasn’t even there. The line was backed up purely because staff were stopping every car before the window for no valid reason.

The inside doors were locked, leaving us no way to fix the issue. This is the second time this location has pulled the same stunt. At this point, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern of poor management and terrible customer service.

Extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth returning.

This has by far been my worst experience. I was at the speaker and waited for so long to place my order when there was only one car in front of me. Then when I get to the window to pay I was told to back up my car. Why do I need to back up my car? no other pollo loco asks this of me. Then I asked the lady for my card back and instead she says loudly to her coworkers “oh my god this man won’t back up.” I respond my asking for my card back and to cancel the order. They then CLOSE THE WINDOW ON ME WITHOUT RETURNING MY CARD. This is absolutely not okay. Management needs to intervene.

This has got to be the worst El pollo loco around. They probably cook chicken twice a day cause its always overcooked like its been sitting for hours. Doesn’t taste like el pollo loco seasoning literally no salt even. The lady kept making me reverse in the drive thru to reset her timer because they were empty and still slow. Told me to not get an attitude when I refused. They turn all their lights of it looks scary and menacing and closed when its only 530 pm!!!! Im a local and give them a shot once every 6 months and im reminded to go to the one in Culver city or la tijera. This one’s a joke . Hope the owner reads this so he can stop wondering why they dont do so well!

I came into El Pollo Loco today, and I have been here multiple times without any trouble. However, today I assume they hired a new manager named Jose, and he was rude. I asked for the bathroom code, but I couldn’t hear him. When I asked him to repeat it, he said it in a rude tone, just because he had to repeat himself. He did not demonstrate good customer service at all.

Previously, they had a manager I believe her name was Genesis who had amazing customer service and was always polite. Be aware of Jose he was extremely rude.

Very tasty and healthy. I wanted to be healthy and lose weight so I decided to go to El Pollo Loco and Order the salad and chicken and that’s exactly what I got and truly enough tasted so good I love that see the photos prices are reasonable for California.

This independently owned Polo Loco serves “tiny” pieces of chicken! Not what you expect…they come out over-cooked.
Maybe it puts more $ in the owners pocket…but it doesn’t put more chicken in our tummy.
Young man that took the order…got it wrong.
Buzzer was broken so the food came late and cold to the table…had to re-do.
This one’s a PASS!…plenty of Polo Loco’s around…Google another location and enjoy that delicious taste we have come to love…just not here.

Claudia who was a the front when I arrived was not welcoming at all. I ordered through Uber and knew I had to wait. Once my order was ready I asked for 3 green salsa. She rolled her eyes at went to get them. Before handing it to me, her coworker asked her something and she responded in spanish n pointed at me. Then handed my food with no words. Just bad customer service

Customer service was good,
The double tostada bowls I ordered to go were served with dark avocado I threw away.
Unfortunately I was to far and out of time (had to return to work) to go back to return them.
Who ever served them should have the decency not to serve something they wouldn’t eat themselves or serve their family.
This is the last time I visit this location.
