Wow this place is very very good everything was fresh and hot. There wasn’t anything we ordered that disappointed us at all. It’s very spacious and beautiful inside. They also had outside dining area available. The bar looked well stocked with all the liquor you can think of. Over all I highly recommend this place

I had the red curry chicken nd rice! The worsted Thai food I had so far.. it literally tasted like nothing I had friends and family over nd let them taste it. They all said the same thing I would have returned it but it’s pouring raining outside. 0/10 never again nd to think I drove in the rain for this so disappointed but service I can say was really good.

Used to love Jasmine Thai. Have not been in quite sometime and found it has changed. Small lunch portions, which for the price of starting at $15 not to come with salad or soup is no value. I understand a number of restaurants charge a service fee for debit/credit cards, but 4% for a debit card is quite high. Normally, I see 3%. I paid with cash, which took the server 15 minutes to come back with change. If the owner prefers cash, the server shouldn’t have to go in the back scrounging for change. The restaurant was empty at lunch time and it is not difficult to see why. There were more employees than customers. What was of the ginger chicken, scoop of white rice, and 1/4 spring roll was good, the won ton soup was very bland , and the sashimi appetizer was fresh. The restaurant is quite outdated. Safe to assume the credit card fee is not being used towards redecorating. That being said, for $39.58 (cash) plus tip would have been $42 plus tip on card, there are better options. I do not like to leave negative reviews. However, going out to eat is a luxury for many. People work hard for their money. If you appreciate good food and decent portion sizes with fair value, Jasmine Thai is no longer it.

A non-descript building hides a conforting interior with excellent Thai food and sushi. Servers are kind and knowledgeable. Open kitchen, bar, and sushi making areas surround the diners. We will be keeping this place in our regular rotation of restaurants.

Jasmine Thai & Sushi is a favorite for locals looking for great food and great service. Fresh, flavorful thai dishes like Osaka Tuna Stack, the Red Curry Chicken or the Shrimp Pad Thai. Ambiance is a little dated so attracts more the older crowd. Make sure you find out about service hours, because they don’t open for lunch Saturday or Sunday.

I walked in , there were two ladies in front of me. I sat down in the waiting area. The women were seated and the employee never came back. I figured she was serving so I waited. Two more women walked in and as soon as they walked in, the employee came to them and asked how many and then seated them immediately,. I still waited. Another man walked in and stood there. Another employee passed by and told him I’ll be right with you sir. She came to him to ask how she could help him. I stood up and asked if there was a reason I wasn’t being served. She said she didn’t see me there. I was not sitting in an area where I was blocked. You can’t miss me. I said how did you NOT see me sitting right here ? She said she didn’t know who came first but proceeded to help the man. I asked for the manager . She said okay, finished helping the man And then helped the next lady that came in . I asked again. She said I heard you , I’m right here. She then proceeded to go take an order from a table first. I went in and asked the sushi chef for the manager, he asked what happened. I told him. He said he’s sorry, he doesn’t know why that occurred but they are very busy. He claimed he was the manager. I told him I don’t see how they can be too busy to serve me but serve all the people who came after me. Mind you, I’m a black woman and all the other customers were white. Instead of saying that was unacceptable and he will address them later and figure out what that was about. He offered me a seat and He began to justify their actions . They will never get a dollar from me.

This restaurant is beautiful and a little mysterious from the outside. Inside it wasn’t as charming but still the type of place you’d frequent weekly if the food was stellar. I had Thai tea, pepsi, the gyozas, Tornado chicken, lo mein, white rice, and spring rolls. The tea was tasty. The pepsi was semi flat. The gyozas were okay but seemed like the frozen type, very crunchy. The chicken was lightly breaded but bathed in a red sauce which made it somewhat soggy. How it looked made me lose my appetite a bit. I still tried it but the taste and texture matched the look. The rice was okay. The lo mein was all I finished as I am a noodle fiend. The spring roll was the same as the gyozas. The bill turned out to be $46 plus tip and for the first time in a while it pained me to pay. I dish out $60 at The Namu nearby weekly and it is well worth it for an app and entree with a few cokes(I’m still hungry so I think I’ll go there now). Overall, I was very disappointed. I had high hopes this could be a neighborhood sleeper.

Really big sushi rolls. Very good.
The only complaint I have is they charge a large surcharge for all credit card purchases.

Went to this restaurant based off of the reviews, sadly pur experience was not good at all. I ordered 3 different types of rolls and all three were really bad. They covered them with soy sauce when it was supposed to be eel sauce. It was so salty and didn’t taste good at all. The service was surely short handed which is understandable but the lack of knowledge by the server made the experience really hard to enjoy. Also they charge the customers the credit card processing fee.
