THE GREED of these fast food establishment sickens me! PEOPLE pay close attention on how they are trying to skimp and reduce less to save them $$$ while ripping us off!!! You have to ask for hot sauce and they only give 1 packet per meal. They are not including napkins!!!!!!! ALSO. This drive thru always TAKES FOREVER! 15min wait for a simple meal. Don’t let consumer greed take over! That’s how you’ll lose customers!

I went here after work with my coworker and i had ordered a crispy chicken tender meal with 5 tenders and thy had given me curly fries instead of regular Wich I dident mind that much but I do not love curly fries over normal fries and my amazing coworker didetn recive any marinara with his motzarela sticks witch is crazy becuase how do you eat those things with no marinara that’s is insane

Since there was a line at the drive thru I decided walk up. All I ordered was chocolate milk shake with a coupon. I waited at least 10 minutes for my 1 chocolate milk shake, if I hadn’t already paid for it I would of walked away. They must of changed their shake process, I’ve been told by others their shakes are super thick(I’ve never had their shakes.) First off, according to the pics whip cream & cherry top off the shake, they missed the cherry. I think they forgot to mix it, couldn’t taste the chocolate it was soft ice cream in a cup with whip cream.
I hope the pics show up in this review. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price for that shake, they’re expensive place.

Always check your order here!!! Even if you gotta make the customers behind you wait… Nothing like ordering at 3:30am and NOT GETTING ALL YOUR FOOD! I ordered the sourdough Jack meal with curly fries,a sourdough Jack sandwich and side of v onion rings and 2 tacos… of COURSE I got home and the curly fries were MISSING. Why would I expect all my items that I paid for? Smh. The expectation is to receive All your food but of course, you gotta check. Say in the line for 15-20 minutes because it was new years at 3:30am, they couldn’t make sure they put all the food in the bag that HAD TO BE COOKED TO ORDER ONLY AT THIS TIME OF THE MORNING. Smh! The area isn’t the best, it’s easy to find!

Horrible experience.
They told me they didn’t have my mobile order( placed like a good 15 mins prior) asked me to leave the drive through and park and get out and come to the window (in the snow) they “found it” and I still had to wait. The good was clearly old AF and refired to warm it up. It was all greasy and burt. The employees were just so incredibly rude and when I askes for napkins, the lady balled up a giant wad and slammed them in the bag. Totally ridiculous. I was then late to my appointment which consequently made mw late to work.

It’s a good Jack-in-the-Box but I got to walk up windows drive-through get you in and out really quick breakfast all day and I love the meat lovers burrito way better than McDonald’s.

I don’t really recommend this one. They are quick but often inaccurate. I ordered a #7 with a coke and got a sausage biscuit… Not only did I not get what I paid for I got something that cost way less. Sadly it went into the trash as I don’t like their breakfast food. Didn’t even give me a receipt either so I can’t report it.

I stopped by around 8 PM on a Thursday night after my son’s baseball practice, looking for a quick and easy dinner. Surprisingly, there were no other cars in the drive-thru line—either we had great timing, or this location isn’t particularly busy in the evenings. It did make me wonder if there was a reason for the lack of customers, but I decided to give it a fair shot.

The employee taking our order was polite, professional, and friendly, which was a nice touch. When we pulled up to the window to pay, we were greeted warmly, and our order was confirmed before payment was processed. Within about two minutes, our food was handed to us, fresh and exactly as we had ordered.
