My food was moldy. I asked for a refund and he said he would not be able to give it to me because I had already eaten my corn dogs before I noticed. You wanna sell me moldy food and not offer my money back? Absolutely unreal he was so rude and did not even apologize for serving us spoiled food. Ordered Two All beef chili dogs with the sliced cheese – the american cheese (that I’ve been yelled at this specific location for asking for sliced cheese on my dogs) and got shredded cheese covering the hotdogs that not only tasted rancid and expired and wasn’t even hot – all our food was cold and the boxes torn.
Not only that but the dude told us 22 at the drive through speaker but told us it was 32 at the window, didn’t even give us a receipt and upsized us to large sized combos when we asked for a medium combo and a small combo. When we tried to call them repeatedly to tell them we got no answer.

We went specifically for the Wednesday deal, ordered the limit (following all the rules in the fine print) and were charged full price and not the Wednesday deal ON A WEDNESDAY! What should have had a total around $20 was almost $70. The store knows this is a promotion and didn’t bother to adjust the order to match the price. I would NOT recommend.

Terrible experience here. I was charged after riding my bike when I entered morning to order a meal upon asking for water I was told that water was 50 cents, upon the manager pointing my attention to the drink fountain and explaining that water was 50 cents I informed him that it said that soda had the price tag and not the water in front of us on the counter. He assumed that I was a transient and tried to charge me a hidden fee. I call it the you look homeless tax. He told me that he would call the police if I didn’t leave the store after I read the sign and informed him that price was for soda, not water.

I go here every Wednesday for Weiner Wednesday to get 4 chilli cheese dogs for 6 dollars. It’s definitely worth it cuz they are absolutely delicious.. it’s worth full price, so I highly recommend taking advantage of Weiner Wednesday..

First time at this location. I ordered the corn dog/chili dog combo. I got through the drive through, the middle age guy Had absolutely no customer service experience. I don’t think he even said hi. We had a silent transaction… I didn’t really think anything since I just gave him my card and grabbed my food and left. I get back to my office and there is no ketchup or mustard. Who doesn’t OFFER those at a hot dog business?? Granted, I could have asked myself and checked the bag before I drove off…but still…atleast offer it. Lucky for me our office has condiments. Another thing, my chili dog was wrapped in paper, I wish they had the little paper plate bowls like sonic. Food was good but good service, none.

So today, 8/31/2022 has been the third time I have come to this location. The staff is friendly and phenomenal. I haven’t had a Chicago dog since I left Chicago 29 years ago. The only thing missing is the poppy seed hot dog bun.
The cucumber lemonade is the bomb!
Even though construction on 3 west is not fun this place is worth the drive.
The chili cheese hamburger is so awesome as well.
I will try it next time.
