My boyfriend and I come here quite often. Service is always super fast and the staff is very friendly. Forma is everything that you could want out of a small, casual pasta spot. Serving sizes are on spot every time, I finish every last bite feeling perfectly full. Pasta is always cooked to perfection AND their sauces are so amazing. I am a HUGE fan of spicy vodka and no one does it like Forma. Genuinely have not found another place that compares, we always find our way back here. Affordable pricing for the quality of food that you’re getting! Hands down one of my favorite spots!

Affordable and delicious pasta but buckle up friends no tip means you gotta do it by yourself Be brave when you’re looking for the table; took me almost 10 minutes to get one and there’s no server so GOOD LUCK. I wish they had cold water too, but al least they have room temp water. Aranchini was EXCELLENT. Spicy aloli tasted great with nice amount of heat and aranchini was crispy and creamy. All of their pasta was very delicious and they know what they’re doing bc pasta is perfectly al dente and sauces also taste great. Portion size is also decent, but its goona be hard to finish if you nibble on their focaccia too much;bc their focaccia is DELICIOUS. Springy texture with amazing olive oil taste, YUM. I jsut have awesome memories from this place and can’t wait to go back.

Hands down the best pasta ever! My boyfriend and I make it a point to come here at least once a week! Their pasta is made fresh in house, and there are plenty of options to choose from. Their daily special on Saturdays is one of our favorites! The staff is always welcoming and attentive! Finding a seat may be hard on busy nights however, the turnaround is very fast so you won’t wait long! I wouldn’t suggest coming with a large party of people because the seating area is small and can’t really accommodate larger parties of 4 or more. It’s definitely a must try! We come
So often they know our order when we get to the counter to order!

Excellent pasta dishes perfectly cooked al dente with delicious sauce and a nice piece of focaccia. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Very narrow interior, small tables. Good for a quick bite, you will not be disappointed. Looks like a lot of people order delivery from here since there were quite a few DoorDash staff picking up, but I think the quality would degrade if you don’t get it fresh from the kitchen so I recommend eating in if you can. If the weather is good, they have a couple of tables outdoors in front or you can sit in the public space on the other side of the sidewalk. Recommend!

Late fall and winter is the best time because they have their tomatoe soup! I usually frequent the other location, but this one is just as good as the other one. I appreciate their constant quality of food. Definitely never disappointed when I eat here.

$14 hand-pulled pasta. Expected them to be basic, but this ended up being better than a lot of the pasta I’ve had in Little Italy (NYC) and the North End (Boston).
The shop was packed when we came in late Sunday afternoon, so we grabbed counter seats instead of waiting for a table. Tiny space at the counter (had to keep my elbows tucked in the whole time) but worth the hassle. Everything was made from scratch, and the pasta had that perfect hand-pulled chew and was cooked spot-on al dente. Both the pipiette ragu and the lasagna were fantastic, and even the small sides like the arancini and meatballs were great.
Arancini – Tiniest arancini I’ve ever seen. Traps less heat, so it was much easier to eat without getting mouth burns.
Meatballs – Listed as beef, but tasted more like a pork–veal mix. Texture was more sausage-like than typical ground beef meatballs, but it was still juicy and flavorful.
Pipiette Ragu – Very nice pork flavors, which I loved. Might feel slightly redundant if you also get the meatballs, but the white wine and herbs gave it a cleaner, lighter pork flavor without any of that lingering pork funk you sometimes get.
Lasagna (Daily Special) – Loved the integration of eggplant here. The top layer was crisped beautifully, which added a smoky edge, and instead of drowning everything in tomato ragu, they served it with just enough sauce underneath. Definitely had meat in it, but the layering was light enough that you could still taste the vegetables and pasta instead of just sauce.

I have eaten here many times as you can tell by the amount of pictures I have of the pasta. It’s my favorite pasta place in the city and it’s so affordable too! My favorite is the gemelli pesto and the spicy rigatoni, also! The scampi is DIVINE. This place has my heart, ever since I found it on tik tok and a plate was just $12.

Gluten free people. By far best gluten free pasta I’ve had in my entire gluten free journey. They make their own pasta in house. The service is simple where the customer is self efficient and works with ease. The outside patio area was cute and charming. Did I mention how good the pasta was? I’ll have to revisit whenever I’m in the area.. because it was so tasty, quick and just a perfect amount. No gross feeling of being full. A+ +
