It’s your typical Rita’s, never had an issue, staff is friendly, menu and products are as expected and they have plenty of flavors and choices for everyone. I just wish they had an indoor seating area as there are only a few tables outside and it can get really hot in the summer with very little shade there.

Waited in line while 3 boys pretty much cut in front of me. They asked for a friends discount and then continue to all talk and laugh while I stood there waiting to order. Kids should. It be running that place. There were two people there and the other girl took one of the boys and then didn’t even acknowledge me and I stood there again with no service. I just walked away. Absolutely risky. Do better Ritas. I’m all for saying hello to your friends but take my order. You just lost my business

The kids size is perfect. Never too much or too little. Loved my mango Italian ice. My fiance’s chocolate Italian ice was delicious as well. With a little vanilla custard… you can’t go wrong!

Great ice and gelato as always.
Trash was way overfull and (2) tables less than the cleanest. Granted it was evening.
Fairly busy for early in the season (May).
Walkable greens if you’re an adult, and a field-ish area behind that kids can sit in the grass if it’s not wet.

This place sucks so much ass. First its always a slow service especially when one of the girls has her friends there. They’re always talking to them and they give you these looks like you’re inconveniencing them for being there. The selection is so crappy. It’s the same few flavors all the damn time. Root beer, chocolate chocolate chip, Strawberry, Mango. And to top it all off you can definitely tell the difference between a to go order and a non-to-go order, yet you’re paying the same amount. It sucks this is the nearest one, but seeing as the clinton location is loads better I will be travelling there from now on. Bunch of cheap bastards.

The service here has always been great, and the ice just as good. The only problem with this Ritas is that it can get dicy pulling out of the parking lot. If you are a new driver, beware because there have been plenty of accidents at this location.
