It’s funny this sandwich first came out to mcdonald’s it was amazing, but the workers in today’s world suck, they don’t know how to make good sandwiches. They barely put any sauce and look there 2 tiny little onions.It’s funny how they charge you twice as much as before.But this is the result of your sandwich you get. I asked them for extra sauce and clearly you can see all around my sandwich. There is no sauce, oh, but they have no problem charging you for it. Hell, they can’t even make the sandwich. The way it’s supposed to come let alone, putting extra sauce when you pay for it.

We placed an order online for breakfast before 10:30 and when we got to the location to pick up the order, we were advised that our order was cancelled because we weren’t there by 10:30. We were there at 10:38. Money was paid and points were used but they couldn’t be bothered to make the order so they chose to cancel it. There was absolutely no reason at all for them not to make the order and have it ready for whatever time we arrived as long as the order was placed and paid for before 10:30, which it was. Complete disregard for paying customers, lazy behavior and greedy system.

We ordered this today and saw this date in the back. Which states that this Oatmeal was expired yesterday. Unluckily we saw it after eating it and feeding it to kids. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. These employees are so careless and irresponsible and serving this kid of expired foods to customers. This is unacceptable.

I don’t know what’s going on with management. The store is filthy, no one is taking the garbages out. The kids “workers” just mess around and talk (swear loudly). Wrappers and food on the floors. You stand at the counter to get ketchup and you wait and wait for anyone to even look at you god forgive help. Always forget to give us the drink cups. During dinner they take the sweet tea out of the lobby so again you have to wait to have a worker notice you to get a refill.
Tables all dirty and no one to clean them. I’ve added some pictures, the one with the French fries on the ground, you can see the black dots. This fry was covered in ants, I thought it was a moldy fry so I used a chair to move it and ants everywhere. We’d go to the Heritage trace location but it’s no better. Roanoke seems cleaner.

The team members at this location are outstanding! I frequent this location, mainly for breakfast. The drive-thru could be long but they get cars through very quick. The employees are very polite and patient.
The breakfast is usually pretty hot and yummy.

I just went to get my TinyTans and was still missing Suga so I asked if they still had purple ones. Not only did he bring some out (like 10) he helped me look for him and then I asked to the stickers and almost gave me the whole roll. Joel or Joelle, was such and angel and so kind. I’ll be going back to visit him ♥
