I absolutely love this diner! They have filled that hole in my heart where Parson’s used to be (when they had breakfast). This place just hits the spot when I get off the highway after the long drive up to VT. I’ve come for lunch and I’ve come for breakfast. For breakfast, I love their country fried steak! Its just everything that you could want for breakfast. For lunch, I had a “blue plate special” (a Thanksgiving special in November) which was delicious. If I have the slightest bit of room after the meal, their pie is great. I’ve had pumpkin, maple cream and a peanut butter pie. (See the photos). If you’re passing through – HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We came, we saw, we ATE!
Everything was GREAT! A friend mentioned a wonderful day trip for us and told us about this diner. The atmosphere was homesk and the food was just “outstanding” It tasted delicious, there was plenty of it, and the price was right. I had a triple decker burger with everything on it. The frys were tasty and hot. I really loved the Coconut Creme Pie . It was so moist and creamy! Our waitress Courtney could not have been kinder and efficient. She even gave me the correct directions to our next stop. Our food arrived within 8 minutes. I highly recommend the Miss Lyndonville Diner. We’ll be back.

Simple, tasty food, go for a small-town dining experience.

It was crowded for Sunday breakfast, so my husband and I sat at the counter. I chose 2 eggs with corned beef hash, and my dish was exceptional—the corned beef was crispy, worthy of the rare indulgence. It also came with a toasted corn muffin, all for $9.50. For the same price, my husband enjoyed his 2 eggs, home fries, sausage and toast. No thought is given to the presentation, but the execution is tasty! Despite being busy, the servers were efficient and friendly, this was a true small-town dining experience.

Stopped here on our way to Boston from Québec, american style dinner restaurant, lots of local people. Got the steak breakfast and pancakes, not a long waiting time. Steak was tender and juicy, cooked medium as ordered. Fluffy pancackes, only syrup could be a little better. Big parking, will come back.

Just amazing. The hash was nice and crispy. Eggs done just right. Toast was made in house I guess. Only thing to improve on would be the coffee. Also the price for this breakfast was amazing.
