Look, I like the food there. And the employees are nice, but spending extra money on a large order of fries, but I get a medium amount is not acceptable. When I order large fries and the bag is only halfway full, that is not large fries.

This was the culvers in platte city. My double bacon cheese burger was dry. I spoke with the assistant manager about the fact mine was not cooked fresh & my fries were not hot. She insisted that it was!

One of my favorite places to stop! Food is always hot and tastes good. Staff is friendly. Tables are always clean. The bathroom could use a good floor scrub because its pretty sticky but that doesn’t ruin it for me.

This was the worst Culver’s we’ve ever eaten at. The place was clean, and the cashier that took our order was nice. However, everyone else was rude. The girl that brought our custard order to our table threw the food on our table, snatched the order number, and left without saying a word. When I let the staff know that the soap in the women’s bathroom wasn’t working, the girl rolled her eyes, stormed to the bathroom, and was rude about fixing the issue. These girls are definitely a poor representation of this company.
