We drove 40 miles to come in and eat at Wendy’s they usually never disappoint. We also came in just a few days prior to this and we didnt get any napkins or our sauces. This time we asked for BBQ sauce and honeymustard we had 3 meals and got 2 sauces and when we asked for more they gave us just 2 extra and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the extra 2. I ordered a strawberry lemonade didnt get that. My husband ordered a large meal we paid for it and he got s medium. Its just annoying honestly.

not only is the store disgusting and dirty and the workers/management never properly clean it but because of that matter it’s causing many of the employees to get injured. today of infact there was 5 employees in the same area huddled all around causing an employee to hit his head on the computer. this is completely disgusting behavior from a ‘working environment ‘ not only that but almost every review from this tire is a bad one. im genuinely planning to sue if you people cannot keep your employees safe mentally and physically. I will be taking photos, documentations, and keeping track of how many injuries get listed.

Ordered 2 spices chicken sandwiches and requested thr addition of cheese and bacon. Got on the road the sandwiches had no lettuce, tomatoes, cheese or sauce..but added pickles…I must say thr cashier was just a ray of dullness and I cant wrap my mind around either she or the dandwich maker can mess this up so much.

We went through the drive through. Unfortunately my order was completely wrong. I ordered three meals, all three were stuffed in a medium bag. My two biggie bags had three nuggets, one fry. And my large fry was missing. I also asked that one of the burgers was made special, it was not. And when I asked for ranch, it’s 50cents a packet. I went in to fix it, the gal who was running the orders for the front register was great. It just seemed the store wasn’t running efficiently at all. First, why were three meals stuffed in one bag? Second, since when did they start charge 50cents each for ranch? It wasn’t even rung in, he put it in a cup on the side. He likely pocketed that after. $1 it’s that big of a deal, but seems odd to me. Why was no one bumping or sliding to help out the clearly new guy up front, and let him get buried? I saw the fry guy not using utensil’s to grab fries and/or nuggets. He touched his face, hair etc. did not change his gloves and continued to pick up food with his hands. I was once a manager at Wendy’s on Reserve, and unfortunately I see all the mistakes. It was busy, I know some nights are crazy. But whoever was running the store needs to be more in tune with their employees. Training positions to bump and slide, and to use utensils when picking up food. And for the love of god, train your employees to bag separate meals. Three meals in one bag is crazy. And I know Brian would frown upon that.

The food is getting worse and worse. Chicken patties are so small and do not taste good. Our buns are stale and falling apart. Shredded lettuce is soggy. First they get rid of sweet and sour sauce and now the quality of food is terrible.

I was in a super hurry as I was traveling through. But the store seemed okay. However, upon receiving my food there wasn’t any napkins or condiments. I had to return into the store to ASK for these items. IT’S APPARENT THAT ONE HAVE NAPKINS ON A GREYHOUND BUS!!

I would recommend Cracker Barrel next time. Besides at Cracker Barrel you pay the same price for much better food.

Ordered online through them. This is the third or fourth time that I’ve ordered and have not received my drink or frosty with my order. Having to pay extra for an online order and then getting screwed with half the order missing. Typical. With no response and the even menu items that are mistaken or flat out wrong. Inexcusable.

You would never know that this is the busiest location in the region by how fast and accurate the staff are in getting orders taken and to the customers! The staff also make sure the seating area is always clean as well. I would recommend going into the building to get food as most people choose the drive-through!
