I don’t visit this establishment often however when I do it’s always great service and fresh hot food! I’ve never had a problem ordering or receiving incorrect food items. My only disappointment is the discontinued sweet & sour sauce. I tried the sweet chili for the 1st time and it wasn’t bad but nothing can replace sweet & sour! I will be back! Thank you ☺️

I don’t usually write these for fast food places but this location is above most I’ve been to. Rich was chipper and quick to serve well. When I came back up to add frosty’s to take to go, he remembered my name. He was very polite and made my after therapy comfort chili and nuggets exactly what I needed it to be. Restaurant is typically very clean and never out of anything I want. Thank you!

I used the drive through, the food was great, especially the brownie Oreo frosty! The only thing was had to go back through to get the sweet chile sauce they forgot to give us.

Stopped in for a quick bite. They Didn’t quite get the order right. Manager made it right and gave me a whole new meal free of charge. Great service.

Not sure who upset the person who squashed my burger, literally finger marks on the wrapper, but I don’t think that’s very professional. My door dasher was awesome and the paper bag my crushed burger was in looked perfect so don’t try to blame him. Not even sure if this is safe to eat. What else was done to my food. Or your food?

Lisa was our help at the counter and was absolutely lovely! We came in with a large group and Lisa talked us through the entire menu and helped us select the perfect meal for a post-hike. She was accommodating to our dietary restrictions without making it seem like a hassle. The kitchen crew was upbeat and positive, keeping the long drive through line humming without sacrificing the quality of the dining experience. Our order was completed with 100% accuracy. This was the best fast food experience I have had in quite a while and I was very impressed with Lisa, the kitchen staff, and the management team!

These night manager guys are amazing i was there tonight they were extreamly fast on getting my order ready. They were very friendly and they genuinely care about going the extra mile. (even when you’ve had a ruff day) they did all they could to make me smile :). Thanks guys I’ll be coming back to see you more often.
