Came through the drive thru and when I got to the window forgot to add a small fry and I asked the cashier if she could add it and she caught a bad attitude and was extremely rude to me about it. I know I forgot but they still shouldn’t have attitudes or bad customer service working the window, her name was Stacy. It was on the receipt.

Jack’s is a very nice place for a hamburger and some quite time for lunch. The big Jack’s are great, when they are hot and fresh. People,well, they could be a little friendlier they act as though it is just so hard to take an order or speak to you. Store is clean and well kept. Nuff said..

I just want to warn everyone please check your food your sandwiches, especially.
this was served to me just now, note a huge black spot obviously rotten tomato was served to a customer namely me, I don’t care how busy that place is and actually it wasn’t busy the person that put together the sandwich saw the poor quality and chose to serve it anyway.
So customers beware when eating at this Jack’s always always check each layer of your food. Because the quality control is non-existent now.
On a side note this is to the loudmouth worker that was questioning why a customer was getting extra pickles. dear, it doesn’t come out of your paycheck so it’s none of your business unless you’re actually handling the food.
The quality of the ingredients see the three images of the slice of tomato with a black spot that’s not acceptable and frankly the person that put the sandwich together obviously needs glasses and a remedial course in the anatomy of what constitutes a consumable tomato product.

I ordered a personal pan pizza & wings my son had the chicken alfredo & breadsticks. We ate there & had around a 15 minute wait-the food was very good, brought to us hot & fresh. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend

I was in the drive thru today and the lady was insanely rude. It took absolutely for ever for cars to move and I was stuck with two screaming kids in the back, asked if our food was ready or if we would have to pull up to park before we paid because we frankly could not wait another second we either needed food or to leave to calm the kids down and get them out.
But instead of saying anything about the 20+ minutes we were waiting she got an attitude telling me there was only two workers there today. I get that, but do not get an attitude when asked a simple question with a mom and her two kids still screaming their heads off. (Dark hair, blue eyes)

We were passing through Double Springs Sunday afternoon and stopped in for two chocolate milk shakes. The store had a steady flow of business at the time but they took our order in short time. They had the shakes ready in just a few minutes. They were delicious, as good as any ice cream shop would be. Give a shake a try.

I had gotten some food to eat around lunch and it was great, but that is not what this is about. As I was getting ready to leave town to go back home on a 3 hour drive, I was having issues with our car seat. We ended up pulling into Jack’s parking lot. The Night crew on November 29 was super understanding of my wife coming inside to keep warm while I tried to fix the car seat. One of the workers even came out to see if they could help me. That kindness is what you want out of your employees. I cannot thank them enough for their empathy and understanding.
