Service was good but the food was not. Went through the drive thru and the sandwich smashed and the hash brown was barely warm and too greasy to eat. Not a good experience at all, hopefully yours will be better!

I usually never post anything about a business but this seems to happen every time I go here. Every time I order something from here they always seem to find a way to mess it up. Did an online order last night at 12:56am. Was supposed to get the 8 piece chicken nuggets, but instead of getting what I had ordered, ended up getting jalapeño poppers instead. The employee are good at fixing an order if it’s wrong, so I’ll give them that. But it shouldn’t be wrong in the first place. Especially when there was only 3 vehicles in line, with me being the last one. I guess for now on I’ll have to hold up the line to check my entire order.

The worst service in all of Mountian Home. Anytime you go here expect to be waiting 5 minutes at the ordering station and another 20 -40 minutes in the order waiting area. I have never once been served my food out of the actual windows here. The food is mediocre at best the service is terrible. Whoever is in charge of managing this establishment is in way over their heads.

Normally, this jack is top notch for our orders, however, today they dropped the ball. Manager and cashier were great and no complaints there. But we ordered 2 tacos no cheese, and 2 tacos no sauce. When we received the order it looked fine but after taking a bite of the no cheese, it was very clear that the cheese was removed after it already melted onto the taco shell and other ingredients, this was the case for both tacos with no cheese. Instead of correcting the mistake, it was hidden in the hopes nothing would come of it. The rest of the meal was correct and delicious, just unfortunate with hiding a mistake instead of correcting it.

Dasher review! While this store has better food than other jack in the boxes. Its wait time even when the stores not busy is atrocious. Plus it seems they take extra longer on delivery orders for some reason.

Not bad tasting, but last time I went through the drive thru I could barely hear the employee cause they were practically whispering. Just now they gave me the completely wrong thing and since I went through the drive through, can’t exactly take it back. Couldn’t even find a reciept.

The sausage breakfast sandwich was good. The coffee was merely a brown water caffeine delivery system. It affected me later.

The food was dried out. Three combo meals and all three were dried ,skimpy,and the bottom of the barrel with quality. There was no receipt, Hi – Bye or Thank you. If we hadn’t of asked for napkins and ketchup there wouldnt have been that either.

*The restaurant is very dated. Last visited 14 years ago and it’s like nothing has changed, just minor cosmetics.
*Price a little on the expensive side…for what I got, I would have expect 2 to 3 $$$ less.
*It’s clean, inside and outside.
*Drink machine functioning well.
*Curly fries I had were cold, crunchy and NOT good.
*Bacon Swiss Buttery burger was less appetizing than what I thought it would be. Garlic sauce was too overwhelming. Grease dripped from the burger. My hands and mouth were coated and required constant wiping.

Terribly slow. The first time I waited over 30 minutes for my order after being pulled out of drive thru and requested a refund but let it go. But the last several times I’ve gone I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes just to get my order.
