Disappointing experience. The prices are high, but the service is slow and the portions are tiny. I waited 15 minutes for a drink and some very small nuggets. Not worth the money and time at all.

Ordered a few burgers and fries. Service was great! They packaged everything neatly in this well designed box. Made carrying the food much easier! Also, asked for mustard, they pulled out this drawer and said “Here! You want some of these too?” I said, “yeah why not!” And they proceeded to place the extra sauces in the drink carrier. Food was prepared perfectly 10/10

Saturday night. Ordered food from kiosk for dine in. They request a tip at the kiosk. None of the tables were clean. A large sweaty guy brought our food in a paper bag because apparently all the trays were dirty. He was wiping his sweat with his hands handing out food. Thats… no bueno (but i could see he worked hard). I gave 5 stars for the food because it was hot, fresh and greasy (the way i love it!). I have to say that the burger’s BBQ sauce seemed to have Old Bay in it. The pre-service tip thing really bothers me since we didn’t get service and the prices at this location are already higher than other locations.

The order came missing the lettuce tomatoes and cheese. When I went back, the cashier who claimed she’s the manager insisted we didn’t make the order the right way and we didn’t pay for that. Then I asked for a new order she said she’ll give me the lettuce and tomatoes and she did give one piece of each for the 2 sandwiches. I left the whole tray as I felt so offended and frustrated then I asked for a new order as the rest of the group was waiting for me. I tried to take a picture of the menu she thought I’m taking a picture for her. She got mad and refused to give me any more food and offered a refund.

If you do not like busy, don’t go here. We waited ~40mims for the food we ordered in the app. I do this all the time with shake shack but I’m the Gainesville VA area and I had no issues there (100% on time). 2 star for service since there was 1 nice service crew amd the other one felt like he was playing poker with a poker face(expression).

“Don’t Order Burgers To Go”
Visited for the first-time on New Year’s Day 2024 around 3pm. Ordered one chicken sandwich, two burgers, two hotdogs, and two orders of fries for almost $60.
Both burgers were HORRIBLE.
Worst I’ve eaten in 45 years….
Tried to contact the manager three times but mailbox is full. Probably from dissatisfied customers. Decided to leave a Google review since I couldn’t reach the manager.
We checked ☑️ our bag/order before we left to travel home, but didn’t realize we needed to pull apart the burgers to inspect the meat. Once we arrived home, about 30 minutes later, we realized both patties were cooked to a crisp and looked as though they had been on the burner for more than 30 minutes. The meat was burnt, hard on both sides, and not edible even w/ cheese on top. The fry cook either knew it and didn’t care or is too inexperienced to be flipping burgers.

It’s ok now, food quality seems a bit lower and it’s a lot greasier than before. Guessing they’re understaffed as well. Food came out quick as expected.
Gotta love a shake shack after having fun in the casino. Perfect way to snack before heading home if you’re tired and don’t want a sit down meal.
